A friend and I spent five nights here and really enjoyed it! It's pretty central with a bus and taxi stop right outside the front door. The staff was always helpful and friendly and we settled in really quick. The room was huge, particularly by European standards, and very clean, though definitely in need of some fixing up. The most... More

Positives: - friendly staff What it lacks (yes, am aware this is a 3 star hotel, but still...) - very poor breakfast - at least 800m to 1km to nearest metro station, depending on which line you want to take - air-condition took quite a while to be cool. So, you would better leave it on all the time, rather... More

If you come to Barcelona for sightseeing tour it's a good place to stay, since the hotel is located in between of most popular tourist attractions. The rooms were cleaned every day and they changed the towels daily. But there were some minor things that spoiled the stay a bit. -every day breakfast was the same. - sanitary ware didn't... More

We tried to chose a hotel not far away from the Sants railway station. According to it, hotel is situated good, but a bit far away from the center and the most interesting places. Metro station is not very close as well. Hotel by itself is good and clean, breakfast was delicious, specially Spanish potato omlet and chocolate cake. Staff... More

Hi I stayed on business for two nights in the hotel. Room was spacious and clean and staff were friendly. Wifi in the room was excellent as was the Aircon - very comfortable. Only downside is the road noise but in general a good basic hotel. I would avoid it if you are trying to impress your partner! but to... More

I stayed in the hotel few days ago for business trip in Barcelona and really enjoyed the hotel. My bedroom was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with all facilities. Good location close to any tourist attractions and business areas, and away from the noisy part of the city. Walking distance of metro station. Very good WiFi connection in the room... More

Nothing special but nor is it especially awful. It's becoming a little shabby but fine if you get a cheap deal. The location is convenient. The nearest metro, Hospital Clinic, is only a short walk away. There is traffic noise but we didn't find it excessive. A perfectly adequate place to stay, although only if you find a deal, not... Room and bathroom were larger than I thought they would be for starters. Room was a little hot, but once we figured out how to work the AC we were ok after that. Breakfast was so, so. For 11 Euros it could have been a lot better. Staff were extremely great to us and gave us a lot of recommendations... More

We stayed in this hotel for five nights. The first night we did not sleep because of the road noise and because of the room was so hot. We ask for help with the thermostat that was without the lid and the staff said she could't go because she was the only one in the hotel. We have changed the... More

The price is quite fair, but Location is not great. It seems, that subway is very close on the map, but it is not completely true. The district is not very clean & noisy enough. It is not definetely walking area to have a relaxing and romantic walk in such a beautiful city ;) the hotel is "tired enough";) Not recommended for a... Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
