I had seen some good and some bad reviews of this hotel. My wife and I found the staff friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was simple, quiet and clean. Breakfast was a sufficiently varied buffet although the the fried breakfast was not great. For a European major city and central hotel this was excellent value for money more
