The first thing i think about is the very good location,
it's in the middle of La Rambla street, where all the fun and the shopping is there.
it's very clean and safe.
nice staff.

Could not fault the hotel for location, in the middle of all the action, but up a side street. At the bottom of the street is the irish bars, My Bar, Temple BAr, Schillings etc. all great atmosphere and a must for the English, although have to add rather expensive., but Barcelona in all is rather expensive. The hotel room...

Really good location just off Las Rambla, very easy to locate, great room with powerful shower! , nice little balcony overlooking the street, friendly staff, and good for holding luggage after check out. Free walking tour was well worth doing which leaves hotel at 10.30am on a saturday.

Just got back from a stay in the Rialto hotel and I have to say we were very happy with the quality and service. Room clean and a good size and balcony overlooking the main street was perfect. Not much noise at nights and bang in the middle of the action. A stones throw away from bar shilling which serves...

Stayed for two nights in mid January so we could go to the Nou Camp for a Barcelona match. The hotel was in a superb location just off las rambles a close to the metro for easy transfers from the airport and to and from all the major sights. Service was a little slow on reception when we checked in,...

We stayed at the Rialto for 3 nights in December 2011.
I was worried after reading the negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised.
Our room was situated on the 5th floor, over-looking the street below. We experienced no problems with street noise (as mentioned in previous reviews). The only noise we did experience was for half an hour at about...

My wife and I were interested in a long weekend in Barcelona, saw an advert in the Daily Mail for £299 each with Flights and Hotel. When tried to book, sold out! Guessed that they were using Easyjet to get to Barcelona, so searched the Internet, found exactly same holiday(Flights and Hotel less Tour Guide and transit from Airport) for...

Firstly, the staff, especially the reception staff are very rude and unhelpful! the room we stayed in was tiny with the floor boards coming up so we kept tripping over, the bed was creaky and uncomfortable. The walls were very thin so we found it hard to sleep and were woken up early due to noise. The food was vile. Generally...

We stayed here for a one night pre cruise stay, sold to us by cruise1st.co.uk not a good hotel for this type of stay. All we wanted was a rest after travelling until we joined the ship.
We were travelling with our 16 month old son. The cot which was provided was terrible! There was a nail sticking out into...

Spent 3 nights(Dec 2011)) at Hotel Rialto in Barcelona and found it met all my expectations. Location was perfect as it was 1 minute walk from the Town Hall and approx 4 min from Catherdral, Shopping is all on the doorstep as are the vast number of bars and restaurants,
Breakfast was the usual buffet arrangement with an excellent selection...
