Stayed at Raco del Pi for 4 nights. It was recommended by the the online rep of Jet2 holidays and we were disappointed. Had read the warnings of small rooms and was infact given one but the receptionist kindly changed this on arrival. The hotel is in a perfect location for sight seeing. Would highly recommend. Very friendly staff. The... More

This was our second stay at the Raco Del Pi we were given a front room with a balcony as we had stayed previously. The staff are helpful and friendly with lots of local knowledge. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was tipical Spanish buffet with lots of choice. The glass of Cava on arrival is a nice... More

Stayed for 3 nights and got exactly what we paid for. The hotel's location is of course the main draw. Given its location, I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was (our room did not face front but to the side), at least from the absence of street noise. The hotel is charming enough and the staff VERY nice.... More

We were so happy we chose this Hotel. Being in the Barri Gothic its central to everything. This area is full of little alleys with nice shops and restaurants. La Rambla is 5 mins away but we avoided this except when we went to the Market which is fantastic. This is our second visit to Barcelona and as we love... More

Spent three nights in the hotel during a recent visit to Barcelona and would highly recommend it for others. It's a chain hotel, but the touches don't make you feel like you're in a chain. You're greeted with a drink of cava, and they have a snack area where you can get coffee, water and treats. That was a nice... More

Raco del Pi is in a great spot. It is located in the heart of the Barri Gotic. You will be right in the middle of historic buildings, shopping, trains, buses, and restaurants. You won't need a car or cab to go anywhere. The room was clean and ours was a little small. Somehow they manage to get everything you... More

We stayed at the H10 Raco del Pi for a week. It is a small hotel, but very modern and clean. The location for touring Barcelona couldn't be better. Right in the heart of the Barri Gotic, and so close to La Rambla, you really can't miss with this hotel. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, but you never... More

Firstly, the welcome was efficient and friendly even including a glass or two of cava. Excellent start. We had a large room at the top of the hotel which was clean, quiet, nicely furnished and included a decent sized bathroom. Breakfast was fairly simple, plenty of fresh bread, fruits and meats, and good service. The location is perfect, just off... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Considered as part of Barcelona’s cultural heritage in itself, this historic building dates from the 19th century and is situated in the city’s ancient Gothic Quarter. The setting of the H10 Raco del Pi makes it ideal for exploring the narrow streets of the most atmospheric area of the city – the Gothic Quarter. Here you will find the Cathedral along with a wide range of shops, galleries and restaurants. Only 100 metres away is the vibrant Las Ramblas, and 300 metres away is the central Plaça Catalunya. On arrival you will be greeted with a glass of cava, before continuing into the charming and traditional inner courtyard. The historic building has been brought up to date with features such as a glass-walled atrium and cooling parquet floors in each room. ... more   less
