Only about a half-block from the Metro station. Neighborhood is transitional--not bad in most spots, but follow your "street sense" while choosing your paths, especially if you're heading up the hill toward the park. My boyfriend and I stayed here in early September. The location is good - close to the Metro - and it's clean.
