Stayed here for a 2 night break, the hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning is great with plenty of choice. The rooms are small, but are clean and comfortable. Get a tour bus ticket for 26 euros from reception and pick the bus up at the station which is a... More

This hotel is a bit far out from the main tourist attractions, restaurants, museums, excursion companies, etc, but it was very easy to book a taxi (which always arrived on time and very reasonably priced!), while some people prefer the nearby train. It was quiet and clean, with very welcoming and helpful staff. The bathroom in our room was a... More

My girlfriend and I stayed two nights at H10 Itaca during our Barcelona trip! Especially, the hotel's infrastructure is excellent: It's located near the central station Bareclona Sants. Furthermore, bus stops and the metro are only few minutes away from the hotel. In addition to that, the breakfast was fresh, various and very delicious. Nothing was missing. The only thing... More

Location - Nice location as its in front of the train station, and you can get a straight train to the airport, or to the football stadium or anywhere in the city. Rooms - Small, but pretty rooms. Well lit up with natural light and dark curtains based on your choice. Toiletries are provided. Lift - Very slow lift, thats... More

The H10 Hotel Itaca in Barcelona is conveniently located a short walk from the main train station and the Sants Estacio L3 greenline Metro stop in Barcelona. We felt safe in the area and there is a supermarket in the basement of the building next door for snacks and a great wine selection. The staff, especially Carlos, was terrific. They... More

This was our first family holiday, my wife, 6 month old daughter and I. We arrived as part of a Jet2holidays deal. On arriving at the airport, the staff informed us that there was a storm the night before and they would have to move us to a more central hotel for one night. This wasn't acceptable as with a... Reasonably priced and very handy for main Sants station, just 20minutes from airport and handy for transport network for city and all attractions, this is clean and compact and the outdoor pool would be nice in summer, but not much use when weather is cold and wet. What does make this hotel outstanding is the staff, particularly the bar staff.... More

Near Sants station which is good for links with the airport and 3 metro station. A few decent fresh fruit and veg shops which make it easy to stock up with water and snacks. Close enough to other shops and restaurants at Placa d'Espanya and private enough to feel relaxed. On a main road, but set well away from the... More

The sheets of the bed were soft. The staff was friendly. They offered many nice things like a glass of cava upon check-in. Donuts at snack time. There's a cool bar in the lobby with a good wine and drinks selection. You can walk to the Sants train station.

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
