The sheets of the bed were soft. The staff was friendly. They offered many nice things like a glass of cava upon check-in. Donuts at snack time. There's a cool bar in the lobby with a good wine and drinks selection. You can walk to the Sants train station.

Undoubtedly a nice hotel and close to a better rating, service is good, everyone is friendly. Reasons for only scoring it average: It was a bit of challenge to get something as basic as an ironing board, there was an OPEN water bottle in my mini-bar in my room when I arrived, the room was very small (not a disqualifier,... Stayed here last week for two nights, able to check in early and have our room for an extra free of charge on the last day. Less than ten minute walk from Sants station. Didn't get to use the gym/jacuzzi as it remained closed during our visit. We were given the tea/coffee facilities however it was not replenished nor were... More

I recently stayed in this hotel for a few days along side other hotels in the city on the same break. This hotel is very close to train/ metro links which was great for myself and my partner wanting to visit various areas. The hotel itself is renovated to a clean modern and trendy standard with friendly and helpful staff.... More

Very dissapointing - tiny room and bed. And very noisy - we woke up serval times during the Night and early in the Morning :( Good breakfast buffet. The heated terrasse was closed because of renovation. I did NOT live up to our expecxtations...

After staying in the H10 Itaca hotel for two nights, I thoroughly recommend this hotel! The only negative we could find was that the hotel looked basic from the outside (that's me being very picky!) but the rest was magnificent. The staff were very friendly and the level of service was top class, the room sizes were of a decent... More

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were concerned that it would be too far from the city but the transport links were convenient, simple and reasonably priced. In ten minutes we could be in the centre. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was wonderful - so much choice - enough to keep all visitors happy and well... More

Excellent hotel with friendly staff but food in restaurant mediocre. Everything very clean. Some reception staff were very uninformed about important aspects of Barcelona, including bus services and directions to sites.

My mother and I originally booked to stay in the hotel across the road from H10. However, on seeing the poor conditions of the room we walked over to H10 in the hope of finding a bed for a few nights. The staff were very accommodating and found us a room. We were greeted with a glass of free champagne... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
