We went for a romantic weekend this month, it is a nice hotel, very modern and stylish and most important for us in the heart of the city, where a lot of the shops and attractions are literally on your doorstep and a 20 min walk will bring you to most places to see and the beach is a only... More

From the sleek lobby, to the modern, well equipped rooms, this hotel really out does itself. A true 4 star in a great district. The hotel rooftop pool cane in handy and the rooftop bar has great sunset views and provides a good segueway into the night ahead. Staff friendly and extremely helpful - would recommend and stay here again.

Free wi fi was a bonus. A gorgeous outdoor patio to have a drink or a snack outside...a small pool on the roof as well highly... More

A very nice hotel with renovated lobby/reception and glass elevators. Also the roof top bar is breathtaking having Casa Mila (La Pedrera) in the background! Great to have a drink or "algo para picar". Rooms are spacefull. We had a balcony also looking at Passeig de Gracia. Nevertheless the rooms and especially bathrooms need a renovation, a new touch to... More

This is a great hotel in a good location. The rooms were clean and spacious with a safe, air con and tea and coffee making facilities. We requested a high room, which we were given, with a lovely little balcony overlooking one of Gaudi's buldings (we were on the 5th floor facing outwards, the inner facing rooms face inside the... The hotel has a perfect location just in front of casa Milà on the Paseo de Gracia. The hall is very original and elegant. The room are large enough, simply decorated with a modern and nice furnishing. Service is perfect. We enjoyed breakfast and the terrace where there is a small pool with a nice view on Barcelona's roof. The... More

I have stayed at the Condes Barcelona now about four times over the last few years. The location is excellent - in the nice area, at the top of Passeig de Gracia. The rooms are clean, smart and contemporary. Very good value for money. I didn't eat in the hotel as there are plenty of cafes within a 2 minute... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
