We have just returned from a 4 night stay here, we knew we wanted to stay in El Born, by far the best location in Barcelona for food, drink and sightseeing. We found it last minute and they were so friendly. We had a truly magical stay with a beautiful room, beautiful balcony overlooking one of El Borns squares. Had... More

Stayed there for 3 days 2 nights in Mar, strategic location with walking distance to Barcelonata metro, Las Ramblas. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Big thank you to Pablo and Anna for being such wonderful hosts during my solo trip!

I came back this time to Barcelona to stay a couple of weeks. For those who wonder to explore the city deeply Pablo and Ana's place is so strategic. There are two metro lines in 10 min walk and every kind of facilities around it. El Born is similar to the Gotic quarter with those charming streets full of tapas... More

We traveled here from the USA and met my bother from the UK. Perfectly situated within walking distance of the beach, Las Ramblas, train station and close to restaurants, and bars. Our beautiful room was huge (compared to places we have stayed in other parts of Europe) with an old wrought iron balcony looking out to the quaint street below.... More

My husband, 8 month-old son and I stayed at El Balcon del Born for our anniversary weekend and we couldn't have chosen a better place. From the wonderful hosts to the amazing location, this place was everything we could have wanted. It was clean, beautifully furnished, and so close to everything on our list of things to see. We really... More

Pablo & Anna were such wonderful hosts and it really felt like we were guests in their home. It was easy to book and they were a delight to deal with over email. Upon arrival they treated us to a bottle of Cava as they knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary which was super sweet and totally unexpected. They... More

Big thank you to Pablo and Anna for a delightful stay! I will definitely go back. The physical location is within walking distance of Las Ramblas, the old town and the Barcoloneta Metro stop. It is directly in the trendy El Born district so you have loads of cool boutiques around you, great restaurants, tapas and wine bars etc. The room... More

Location Location Location We don't normally stay in B&B's though if all we're like this I’d stay in more. Great service and location, OUR only complaint is we wished we'd stayed longer. Great little restaurant diagonally across with the Michelin star, a must eat experience. Tanks for a great stay we'll see you again soon.

A superbly located B&B in the heart of Barcelona and I don't know if there's anything that could beat this place for location. It's not exactly the cheapest B&B you'll ever stop in but when you weigh up the amount of time and money you'd spend commuting, what you have nearby in terms of sights and restaurants and combine this...
