The Atlantis is conveniently positioned just off Las Ramblas and is at easy access to both the gothic quarter / Raval and Exiample and the Aerobus stop is just a few minutes walk away. It was nice clean and surprisingly quite and the staff were very helpful and courteous.

I stayed 2 nights in august 2014 and was very pleased with this small hotel. Well priced small room with fantastic bathroom with great water pressure and lots of toiletries. Excellent buffet breakfasts with heaps of variety and desk staff were really helpful with directions. I had a smoking room which was great. Would definitely stay again

Great hotel, location is brilliant but what made the service really good. Left expensive leather jacket in wardrobe, phoned reception from airport, they sent the jacket to Australia, beautifully boxed , very quickly. Now that is what l call service. Also made our stay really good.

Clean, comfortable, close to centre of Barcelona, and it had a lift. Wonderful breakfasts, the best we found over two months of travelling. Great staff. Rooms serviced daily. You couldn't ask for more. Just loved it.

I went in Barcelona with my boyfriend and we rented a double room at Atlantis. It was very clean and quite wide. The breakfast was very good and the staff very kind and helpful. You can buy tickets for museums and stuff like that directly from reception and have a mini discount and of course cut out the huge rows... More

The best 3 star hotel I have ever been in. Staff extra helpful and location excellent. Room is very big and very nice. Mini bar included with cheap prices and all the accesories need in the bathroom. Was also greeted with choclate on the pillow.....I liked it a lot and would go there another time for sure.

Nice size room with two beds and sitting area with sofa. Requested a quiet room and left our window open all night with no noise issues. The view of nearby apartments was not a problem for us. Hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable of restaurants and other sights and assisted with transportation needs upon request. Responsive via email. We requested... More

Staying in El Raval

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
