This hotel is a good value. We booked a four person suite but ended up with what appeared to be a regular room with a king size bed and two mattresses on the floor (not what the 4 person suite looks like on the website). Since we had several tall people the space was quite cramped. But, we were immediately... More

This hotel is a cheap deal but it's right at the top of Las Ramblas and close to a Metro station so the location is great. We arrived to find that our room was nice but the window offered a terrible view of, basically a wall, so I would recommend not getting the cheapest rooms available. Breakfast was OK, it... More

This little hotel is in a great location, clean, there are coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Good size bathrooms, we were upgraded to a suite as we we stayed 5 nights. The suite has a door which allows us to let fresh air in, no carpet in the rooms, which is great as it in cleaner. This... More

Location was GREAT! Very good value for money. We were surprised by the overall aspect of the hotel - it looks as good as the pictures on the internet. It was very clean, a lot of free toiletries. We got a room overlooking the back so it was not loud. Staff was very helpful. They speak very good English. The... More

Last week i travelled in Barcelona. I was staying at hotel Atlantis. This hotel is close to the Rambla and Catalunia square (3 minutes walk). In the hotel, the rooms are big and comfort, and a very good breakfast. Also the price is fair.

Very nice hotel. Near to old city and La Ramblas. Breakfast is very good. Rooms nice. Wifi working strong. Lot of cosmetics. We sent them mail that we will not be able to check in first night because of flight delay. They replied and didn't charge the card for security. This was very kind of them. Reception was helpful and... More

Staying in El Raval

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
