I travelled to Barcelona for a one-night stay visiting to watch FC Barcelona game. I didn't really care about the quality of the room or the hotel. I just wanted it to be clean and have a pleasant sleep. Since it wasn't my first time in Barcelona I search a reasonable price to stay in a one-person room. The room... More

small rooms, very clean and spacious bathroom. Average breakfast. Central Location, next to shopping district and las ramblas. Staff just nice. In general it is an average hotel but rather expensive. I was not thrilled concerning value for money.

This hotel was walking distance to everything including the city tour buses and there is a metro station at the corner. If you take the airport bus it will also drop you off within walking distance. Same day booking and they were able to accomadate us with a crib for baby. Huge room. Super clean as well and the breakfast... More

Excellent location, right off Placa de Catalunya and a few minutes walk to the Ramblas. Convenient to be able to stop back at the hotel during the day if needed (we took advantage and had a few siestas). Very close to Universitat and Placa de Catalunya metro stops. Room was clean and quiet (we requested an inside room) and beds... More

We stayed at Hotel Atlantis for a number of days in May and were very happy with the accomodations and location. It is an easy walk to Placa Catalunya and the Ramblas. We were able to easily walk to the hotel from the airport shuttle upon arrival and with our departure. The metro is close for easy transportation anywhere in... More

Hotel Atlantis in Barcelona is perfectly located, the service is working, the room was kept well clean. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful when you had questions of any kind. The metro station of Catalunya, and also Universitat, were easily accessible. A walk down the lower parts of the Ramblas to the harbour didn´t feel too long... More

My friend and I stayed here on an independent visit to Barcelona after a two week bus tour of Spain, Morocco and Portugal. Firstly POSITION. Both only minutes away, at one end of C. Pelai is Universitat Metro station, and at the other is Pl. Catalunya, (hence easy access to the Metro and the direct Aerobus to and from the... More

One of the few places we stayed in Spain that included the breakfast. With an early flight one day the front desk had arranged a picnic for us instead. Great location. Very helpful staff who speak English. free wi fi

Great location 2 minutes from Catalunya and La Rambla. Full breakfast kept us going all day until supper. Great price. Requested same room (suite) we had the year before and we got it. Will be going back.

Staying in El Raval

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
