This is a comfortable hotel with pleasant rooms, helpful staff and a good breakfast buffet. The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing, with several 'Modernista' buildings within easy walking distance and the 'Sagrada Familia' and Placa de Catalunya not far away.'Diagonal' Metro station and bus stops are close by. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The... More

We stayed here for 2 nights on our railway journey to Morocco. The first night we arrived latish and ate in the hotel which was fine although we were alone in the dining room. We had an excellent next day in Barcelona, the hotel is in a very good position and you can walk through the Passeig deGracia and visit... More

Dear Ginniel, sorry for the inconvenience caused by noise, we know that your stay was not to your liking, but we also know that the hotel itself was what you were looking for recognizing our staff and a good situation. This time coincided a group of young students who have suffered all, a very exceptional situation. We hope you will... More

The best thing about La Pedrera is the location! It is centrally located in the heart of Barcelona, close to La Rambla which has great plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. We stayed here for 3 nights and were able to walk to nearly all the major tourist attractions- gothic quarter, beaches, Picasso museum (la sagrada familia and park guell... More

we recognize that we have not surprised that your satisfaction has been expected, therefore, not surprising final assessment. Anyway appreciate your positive feedback and improve on those details that did not like, we are certainly not a luxury hotel, but our treatment, services and aspects like comfort and cleanliness should always be the most prominent.Regards.Carlos More

The location was excellent within walking distance of everything you could possibly want and/or see. Metro stop very close (Diagonal station is about 5 minutes or less walk from the hotel). Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room was slightly smaller than expected but cosy. Wifi was at a good speed but we kept loosing signal. Overall our... More

We stayed at the hotel during our visit in Barcelona. A very nice hotel , big rooms very clean and the stuff was very healpful. The location is perfect right at the Main Street close to the metro, with a lot of resturants around.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel in October 2013 and found it to be a bit above average for what we were expecting. The rooms, although none had views, were adequate in size and comfortable. The airconditioning was comfortable and easily controlled and was efficient. With three lifts in operation it was always easy to get up or... More

3 night spent in this hotel considered as a 4*. The bathroom is fine and the overall tidyness too. Breakfast is good but every egg is swimming into oil. The bed is very noisy. I know this sounds weird ... maybe the oil from breakfast could be used on the bed. There was a big hole in the wall next... More

Well situated. A few minutes' walk from the metro. Walking distance from Sagrada Familia, took us around 15 mins at a relaxed pace. Our room was clean, and staff very welcoming and helpful. We had a pleasant stay there.

Some problems. Firstly, there was a safe in every room but a shortage of barrel locks meant that most safes could not be used. Surely the hotel could replace the old safes with modern electronic keycode safes? Secondly, the breakfast room was small and could not cope at peak times. Very unpleasant when crowded. Location was not great: quite a... More

Sorry the feeling that has been to our hotel, our interest is always to offer customers our best version. Sometimes at peak our service is affected, especially with Riviera match two tours as happened. so is safety boxes, but to inform you that we are changing for electronic safes.
