My husband and l stayed in an executive suite room with our daughter. Room was spacious even with the extra bed. Bathroom was huge by hotel standards and modern. Beds were very comfortable, Enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, especially the Spanish jamon and boquerones. Couldn't resist but have them everyday. Hotel is a short walk to Passeig de Gracia,... More

Let's start with accessibility , this hotel is right near both the metro and rail lines meaning you can get here from the airport for about $1.50! It's also near shopping, strolling the boulevards and many restaurants and local grocery stores. You DONOT want a car here !!! Parking is very expensive and hard to find. Take the metro or... More

Great location. Staff are efficient and this hotel runs well. Roof terrace is very well designed and decent views. Didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on that. Quiet comfy rooms, with decent and not too noisy air conditioning. Guests seemed to be a combination of holiday-era and business folk. Overall a great place if you aren't going to... More

Enjoyed staying at this hotel for just one night. Arrived in the morning on a flight from the US, so I had an early check in. My room wasn't ready yet, but the staff was nice and took care of my bags while I checked out the area around the hotel. The room was in working order and clean. The... More

I loved the location, tucked inside of a neighborhood and business area , a few minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists. So you are close enough without the noise. Speaking of noise, very thin walls...but modern design and comfortable beds. Rooms are good sized with very nice bathrooms. Fridge and closet space, was hoping... More

This is not a hotel which makes you feel instantly comfortable. In fact it has rather a cold feeling, when you walk into the lobby. The lobby staff are not very attentive, and it is rather a ponderous process to check in, or do anything else. The breakfast has variety, but not a lot of quality. The cost of a... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
