Great location from which you can walk to everything but service was abrupt upon arrival and never got any better. The lobby is small and a bit tacky. breakfast is disappointing...very little fresh fruit. the wifi set up is very convoluted . However our junior suite was nice and the bathroom was huge and very nice.

As always shown the worst room in the hotel was offered on arrival, granted quite early at 11AM. By 2PM the second worst room in the hotel was available and accepted. Although the view was of rooftop Hitachi and Carrier air conditioning condensers, it floor was high enough to admit light. The air conditioning in the room did not work.... More
