We arrived to a attentive night porter who told us what's what, he made the effort to look for a key card with a union jack on one & a red bus on another & this we thought was sweet, even though he took a few mins doing it & we were ready for bed at this point.

i stayed here during the mobile world congress, the hotel is in a goofd locatiom, close to the metro, rooms are decent and clean, staff at the reception is firendly and collaborative, breakfast is OK and price affordable. good if you're on a business trip
Stayed just one night and paid 120 euros for standard room. It was showing signs of needing renovation, walls were scuffed and bathroom a bit dirty. Not what I would expect from a supposedly quality hotel. Bed was comfy and room fairly spacious, if completely devoid of character. Breakfast for 10 euro of buffet was probably best aspect of hotel....

Firstly, Be wary of pick pockets, the first 5 minutes, we saw someone nearly get their back riffled through on the metro, I managed to alert the passenger, but the young kids come right up behind you in a group and riffle through your bags - be warned.
We stayed at the NH Belegua as part of our NCL Cruise,...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in September and found it to be a great little hotel in a nice residential location. Not in the centre but great location for the metro ( Fontana being the nearest stop). The staff were friendly but not overtly so, the rooms clean but not huge and the breakfast was great if...

Positive:
1. Close to city center (5 minutes walk to subway stations, from there 2 stops to the heart of town)
2. Good neighborhood - seemed safe, close to shops/cafes
3. Clean (towels and bed sheets were very clean;...

price - about 60 eur/night
furniture - quite new
cleanliness
Disadvantage
quality of the wall - very thin, you can hear almost everything
door...

The most sightseeing are walking distance from this hotel. Very safe area, even to go out at night. I did really like the staff. They aren't friendly at all.
If you walk couple blocks, you will find great restaurants and shops.
The worst thing about this hotel is the internet. They only allow once a day, 30min free access at...
