We just came home. The location is perfect no noise and in te middle of the city centre. the young guy at the reception don't know anything about guest service. internet lobby 1 in a day for 15 minutes if you ask another one his answer is you can buy time or tomorrow you will have 15 more minutes BAD... The hotel is in a good location, near Plaza de Catalunya and not far from Las Ramblas, the Barrio Gotic and the metro, also some of the Gaudi buildings. Very clean modern hotel with all the comfort one needs during a city-trip. Perfect location on the quieter side of the Ramblas, did not try the restaurant.

The NH Calderon is in a marvellous location, staff are amazing and our room was wonderful ... does not get any better :)

Spent 3 days after a cruise April 29 to May 2,2012. My wife and i enjoyed the hotel and the view from our room. Excellent breakfast. No noise from the outside or other rooms.

Stayed at hotel for 2 nights from saturday to monday in connection with a soccer match. Rooms are of a good size and looked clean. Bathroom is also sizeable and had a nice selection of accessories. Tv in room is small and there is not free wifi in the room. Some street noice but not in any way a nuisance.... More

Short walking distance to La Rambla annd nice restaurants nearby. Hotel very clean and rooms relatively big and got also free upgrade to better room when there was available. Breakfast was not the best one but was ok anyhow.
