This is a nice, comfortable hotel that's in a decent location (I disagree with the previous poster -- it's near the Arc de Triomphe, which is reasonably safe. If you want to deal with RUDE, OBNOXIOUS Staff then you've found the place for you. Also, they don't believe in customer service here.
