Having visited Barcelona several times, I was very happy to come across Casa Gracia Hostel. The location is excellent and the rooms were perfect and well priced for a quick visit to the city. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating and the ambiance of the common areas was very inviting. The hotel's happy hour, free coffee,... More

I was here with a group of teenage students. The hostel was perfect for us. First of all it has comfortable modern rooms with great bathrooms. The breakfast is plentiful, with many choices, and several coffee machines that are at your disposal at all times. There is ample lounge space. There is a security guard who minds the place at... Casa Gracia hostel is a great place to stay. Friendly, well located (as two ladies we both felt safe in the Gracia area). The interior is vintage/shabby chic/ bohemian, clean and the staff friendly and helpful. There is a more than adequate choice of breakfast to suit all tastes and they serve a meal in the evenings for 9 euro.... More

Casa Gracia is a lovely place located close to a nice neighborhood called "Gracia" and at the same time you are close to buses, metros and tourist bus that they bring you in less than 10 minutes in old center of the city. Everything reachable by foot! They help you in anything you could need. They're close, friendly people, like... More

We've had an amazing time at Casa Gracia. Excellent service and great employees/interns that understand the definition of hospitality. I've also liked the evenings at Casa Gracia, there is always something to do, live music, live shows or just hang around with the people. Like a quote of Casa Gracia, don't be a tourist, go with the locals! Also the... More

I'm reviewing this as a Hostel rather than a hotel, but it's cleanliness, service levels and location would put some 4 star hotels to shame. The staff are young, friendly, multi-lingual and very enthusiastic. Nothing was too much trouble and the hostel was a relaxed and enjoyable venue for our week in Barcelona. Our concierge was excellent and food and... More

We are 3 adult family members on a birthday treat. have had a 3 night stay in an en-suite room. The staff, cleanliness, comfort food and entertainment have all been beyond expected. Staying in Gracia

Neighborhood Profile
Gracia
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the center, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theater that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
