Only stayed here for one night but wish I stayed longer as it was a very nice place. Just like an actual apartment it has a washing machine and all the cooking equipment you need. This place is a short walk to a shopping center and tram lines

This is the second time staying in the basement apartment in this accommodation. The apartment was again, very clean and well appointed. The location is great for Razzamatz, with the tram only a short walk away to get you to the centre of Barcelona and shopping. Surprised by the amount of negative reviews on here! It may be that peoples... More

Extremely dirty and clear water damage in the room we were offered. The guy said they had another room, but he had to clean it first. This he managed to do in 20 min which must be some kind of record. Unfortunately the room still looked like a goat marked in Yemen. So we decided to go somewhere else. The... More

We were about to stay for two night with friends but after the payment! we get into the apartment and we turned back straigh away asked our money back and went somewhere else. (After 2 weeks we still haven´t seen our money back) The bedroom was in the basement, the walls were muggy, the beds were humid and was a... More

Pros. Friendly and eager to help stuff. Nice, modern rooms with many appliances included. Actually can't think of one that wasn't included. WiFi signal was ok. Walking distance from everything (25' walk from Barcelona center and 15' to the beach) and very close to the Razmatazz gig scene. Felt safe. Sheets and bathroom were very clean. Dead-end alley might seem... More

We were a little sceptic because of other people's reviews, but actually it was not so bad at all. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner was working very silently and did its job very well, bathroom was very clean and shower worked well. Also Wifi was very fast! Right over the street there is a food shop with normal prices and... More

We stayed in the family apartment for 2 nights and left to stay at Apsis hotel 300m away in their family room instead, even though we had several more nights prepaid, which should say it all... It was not clean when we arrived and it smelled like humid cellar. There were not enough blankets for all of us and the... More

The room was very well equipped and in a good location for the beach and Metro. Staff were just amazing, at check in, helping with what to do and see and assisting with a problematic lock & bag storage - thank you.

This is the first time I am writing a negative review about any hotel but I had to share my experience. Cons: 1. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was a basically two narrow thin matrices on top of an old metal frame. If you lie in the middle of the bed, you are in the middle of the two... More

Staying in Poblenou

Neighborhood Profile
Poblenou
The futuristic Agbar Tower stands out from Barcelona's skyline in Poblenou. It is no coincidence then that this area of town is the newly crowned technological park of the city, its own mini Silicon Valley containing a tech incubator (Barcelona Activa) as well as a host of local and international high tech companies. To accommodate the onrush of new residents and workers, the area of Poblenou has seen a surge of activity in new high-rise residential buildings and two top-notch shopping centers catering to everyone's need. The ambiance of this area is calmer than the city center and the beautifully relaxing Bogatell Beach, popular with locals, is just a handful of blocks away.
