a unique looking hotel, very fancy, clean rooms, very close to the ocean in walking distance. The staff were wonderful. a lot to do around the hotel, if you are into smoking hookah and middle eastern cuisine this is the hotel to stay at. the night life is amazing. Highly recommended. Cant wait to return!!

Very beautiful hotel, gorgeous place. I've stayed here a couple times for work. The staff are okay, I've had problems with checking-in before where the staff weren't very efficient with sorting me out. The gym is well-equipped and the breakfast buffet is very impressive with a beautiful terrace to sit at. The rooms are quite good (make sure you DO... More

The spa is definitely worth the visit. It is on the 43rd floor overlooking the Med and the city. Massages are well within reason and very nice. Steam room could use more steam. Sauna very hot. Windows all around, so you really get a view. Same in hot tub area and shower. Swim suit required.

I had been wanting to go to this hotel for a long time, having stayed at the W previously, but heard good things about Hotel Arts. I left disappointed, at no discredit to the staff who were terrific. Don't be fooled, this is actually a Ritz-Carlton hotel who due to a "Ritz" hotel in Madrid cannot bare the same name.... More

This is a wonderful hotel that I would find hard to fault. Food was great, magnificent rooms, bathrooms to die for, excellent gym....my only complaints would be the cost of the minibar (8 euros for a coke) and the position. The hotel was by the beachfront, but about 25mins walk to the old area with the cobblestone streets, and the... More

The location is hands down excellent if you want to be by the beach and not at the very center. And so are the views, especially if you are on a high floor. The service is excellent with some exceptions like checkin-checkout staff that were not up to Ritz or even Marriott standards, but still good. The restaurants are also... More

Good service, perhaps a bit over the top. The only way to get your money's worth out of the 40Euro breakfast is to drink the Louis Roderer champagne! Spa is good, room service good, WIFI 25 Euros!!!!, bag of chips from the minibar 10Euros!!! I was on two nights, the only person in the bar. Hmmmm wonder why? G&T 28... More

My title says it all. My mother recommended this hotel and I'm very pleased she did. I travel a lot so can sometimes become a bit critical- but it was fabulous! I had to check in on my own with my partner delayed by one night as he was stuck in meetings, I felt disappointed but not for very long!... More

Stayed in January of 2015. Great rooms, great people, and great location if you want to be by the beach. The service was really really impressive. Probably the best service we have ever received at a hotel and we tend to stay at Four Seasons, Ritz, etc.

Being a regular traveller both with work and personally I am happy to share some comments on my stay. The hotel has a great location and lovely views across the city . I had a short but fabulous stay, facilities and service were great !!! Including the hidden call centre which proved very very helpful. Particular thanks there to Anastasia... More

Staying in Ciutadella / Vila Olimpica

Neighborhood Profile
Ciutadella / Vila Olimpica
The sounds of Marina Olympica's rocking boats and clicking mastheads swaying to and fro set an impressive backdrop for Ciutadella and Villa Olimpica. Follow the aromas of garlic, wine, and fresh local fish to the various restaurants running along the marina. A grand bronze fish statue soaring high above serves as a beacon to those searching for the renowned Casino Barcelona or the extremely popular nightclubs which practically lie on the beach itself.
