We had a private room with bathroom which is very recommended. It is very clean, has air condition, fridge and a small terrace. You can also rent a kettle and cups, staff is very friendly. It was a nice staying!

We stayed here 2 nights and the position was perfect. Extremely close to the metro station and at a walk distance from placa Catalunya. The rooms were ok, simple and clean. Bathrooms even if shared with other rooms were always clean. The only bad side was that we had to pay 1€ for the city map, which wasn't even clear,... More

The hotel is located right next to the Metro station. one stop away from La Rambla, where you could sufficiently foot, after a short walk along wide boulevards. The staff was nice. The room was also a fan. Room to the street but was very noisy at night was warm, but we could not open the balcony, since directly under... More

The hotel is clean and friendly with a great location. It's just round the corner from a metro station and a long straight main road off of which are the Rambla and roads to many of the attractions which makes navigation very easy. There was an en suit and small balcony with our room. It was a really lovely stay.... More

My friend and I stayed in Barcelona Rooms in June 2015 for 5 nights. Pros: - Very good location, walking distance from two big city squares, metro station just around the corner and lots of shops and cafes/restaurants in the area. Easy access from / to the airport. - Cheap. - Free WiFi. And that is basically all. Cons: -... More

First trip to Barcelona-and will not be my last. I loved everything about it-the people were friendly, the food - amazing seafood - and great inexpensive wines. I love Barcelona. One month was not enough. Walked photographing all hours of the day and night-especially the old sections of town. I felt safe walking those streets in the early morning hours!... More

If you don't mind a shared bathroom this is a really good choice. This was my second time here, all the rooms and shared bathrooms were kept tidy though could do with a slight upgrade. Located about a 15 minute walk from la ramblas, but it is a nice walk along wide avenues etc. staff are friendly though we didn't... More

The price was low, the location was great, but... If you arrive early, the guesthouse receptionist will tell you to comeback later, but you can ask him to keep your luggage, and there is a pastry shop nearby where you can wait. The room that I slept was located on the next entrance, and even knowing that the bathroom was... More

This is my second time staying in the Barcelona rooms. This hotel is great value for money and ideal for travellers who are looking for a cheap but clean and safe place to stay. Within walking distance to Las Ramblas, there are some nice sandwich shops and food places close by. The only flaw is the shared bathrooms. However they... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
