The hotel is placed in a good and central location. The rooms are quite small (we had a studio) and the bathroom is very crowded. You have clean the room an your one of play for this service. The room was clean but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The rooms are heated by a central a.c. system that is... More

Stayed three nights, nice clean place. Had to ask direction at last moment as some how location on google maps was slightly out. All good except the pools on roof, they are not on all buildings and kind of small in size. Staff was good, we infect changed our room after one day, and there was no issue. Common kitchen... More

My friend and I, two women, stayed at this residence in August 2014. It was a little tricky to find coming from the subway. The young ladies in reception were wonderful and extremely helpful and knowledgable regarding the hotel and all things tourist related. Our room was two twin beds and a tiny bathroom. When you think of North American... More

great place to stay if you're looking at a few nights in barcelona and you're on a budget very clean, great facilities, walking distance to beach The rooftop pools were great (not always busy either) Each floor has a kitchen which is great for when you're trying to save money not eating out - fridge to keep beers/drinks cold too!... We stayed in this hotel for one night in May 2014, our room was new and clean. We arrived at the hotel before check-in and we were allowed to store our bags as we explored the city. The hotel was about a 30 minute walk from La Rambla, the bathroom was very clean and the bed was small but comfortable,... More

Not as well located as its Poble Sec location, but it is a much nicer area. Can see the beach from the high floors. Convenient kitchen and eating area. A bit uncomfortable sharing with students at times... But great concept for exploring BCN.

They say that first impressions count and the staff at the reception desk do everything they can to make you feel welcome when you first arrive. That level of first class customer service continued throughout our stay. The Hotel/Hostel has a mixture of residential students and tourists and I would say that the accommodation is more suited to the former.... More

The rooms were quite small with only 1 double bed (140cm) and the bathroom was more like a bigger wardrobe. However, Wifi was included and worked well and also the little desk and cupboard with an integrated wardrobe came in handy. The kitchen/lounge located on every floor was a nice place to hang out after a day full of sightseeing... More

I'm a single mom with a kid. Great place to stay for days, weeks, simpy great. Location 1 minute walk from metro, or tramway. 5 minute from mercadona, 15 minute walk from sagrada familia, park, barri gothic, main train station, rambla.... Great! Staying in Poblenou

Neighborhood Profile
The futuristic Agbar Tower stands out from Barcelona's skyline in Poblenou. It is no coincidence then that this area of town is the newly crowned technological park of the city, its own mini Silicon Valley containing a tech incubator (Barcelona Activa) as well as a host of local and international high tech companies. To accommodate the onrush of new residents and workers, the area of Poblenou has seen a surge of activity in new high-rise residential buildings and two top-notch shopping centers catering to everyone's need. The ambiance of this area is calmer than the city center and the beautifully relaxing Bogatell Beach, popular with locals, is just a handful of blocks away.
