Just got back from a 7 day trip to Barcelona. The hotel itself is great, modern and clean with comfy beds. Air con wasn't up to much. We had no problem with Razzamatazz even when a rock concert was on. Spa is good and great value. Wasn't overly enamoured with breakfast and we didn't eat an evening meal at the... More

I checked into one of your "suite" room and i was booked in for 5 nights. On first checking in i was placed in a smoking room when my booking strictly asked for NON SMOKING. I was changed to another roon. The room i was moved to was non smoking but had a faulty TV, i had a technician from... More

Very modern hotel in a not so great location in Barcelona however the metro was only a 5 mins walk away. It was weird opening the door to our room straight into the bathroom then sliding doors into the bedroom but it was very clean and lovely. We didn't take advantage of the spa as it was a city break... More

Me and three of my colleagues we spent three nights in this hotel during a business trip. Excellent hotel with modern decorated cozy rooms and very pleasant personnel. We didn't have enough time to visit the spa facilities, maybe the next time. The breakfast was very good with great variety of Spanish products. A very good and decent choice in... More

Unfortunately little support for group trips. The service was poor, I would say disgusting even: they were unable to coordinate their people to provide invoices for all my bookings, forgetting my request everytime and asking for payment to my guests even my credit card was the used to book all the rooms. It was a mess.

Spa was lovely, room was a bit small to be called a suite! but still a nice room, location isn't great but we were aware we was not in the centre of barcelona & we was happy taking metro which was 2 minute walk and then 3 stops to la rambla, so really is not that bad!! Staff were very... More

Luxurious and spacious hotel, attentive and super friendly staff. There are some excellent choices for food near by as well. Pool area top notch. Room though is so super spacious completed by top of the line bathroom, shower, plus a tub, dual sinks. Mediterranean decadence

This is definitely not a four-star hotel. It was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. As other reviewers have stated, it is in a very bad location. Not convenient to anything and didn't feel safe. The nightclub behind the hotel property seems to be a popular destination for the locals, so don't expect to get much sleep... More

The hotel is located in an industrial district. Hence, do not expect nothing special nearby. 10 minutes by car or taxi, however, you will be at Port Olimpic and the beaches -hence location is not that bad at all. The hotel itself has a nice garden with small pool and comfortable chill-out area - I travelled in March but I... More

When arriving at the hotel we were checked in promptly and given our keys. The next day we decided to go down to book our spa treatments for the following day, however we were then told by reception that the spa was closed for the whole duration of our stay! I was extremely angry as the reason I booked this... More

Staying in Ciutadella / Vila Olimpica

Neighborhood Profile
Ciutadella / Vila Olimpica
The sounds of Marina Olympica's rocking boats and clicking mastheads swaying to and fro set an impressive backdrop for Ciutadella and Villa Olimpica. Follow the aromas of garlic, wine, and fresh local fish to the various restaurants running along the marina. A grand bronze fish statue soaring high above serves as a beacon to those searching for the renowned Casino Barcelona or the extremely popular nightclubs which practically lie on the beach itself.
