We loved our stay in Hotel Praktik Rambla. It has a great location, great facilities, comfortable bed, aircon and shutters on our Window with very friendly staff. Particularly liked the free beach towel hire.

We had a deluxe, double room (303). We absolutely loved it! Very convenient location. Close to a number of attractions (Casa Batllo). The metro is very close (beach). The staff was also very nice as well. We were there during a holiday so they had treats for the guests in the hotel. There is free WIFI. I would highly recommend... More

Large, beautiful, high-ceilinged room, very comfortable beds, large bathroom, places to put things, AC, and wonderful Johannes at reception who told us all about what to do and about the hop on hop off bus. (highly recommend that) Great sleeping and 10 minute, level, walk to center.

We were there just last week and we loved it (we miss it already). I did research for months before our vacation, and I picked the perfect hotel, for us. The room was quite big, we were 3 people with my son - it's amazing how difficult it is to find a room for 3 people in Europe. But I... More

We stayed in Room 309 (room for 3 pax). It's big, with designer shower area and bathroom. It has a balcony overlooking the hotel lounge. The hotel is refurbished from an old Spanish building and they managed to retain quite a big of its decor in the rooms too. Cool! Later, we shifted to Room 307 (room for 2 pax).... More

This hotel is in a lovely authentic casa in a great location about 5 mins from placa catalunya. The rooms are very small without minibar or coffee making facilities but they are comfortable and the bathrooms are surprisingly spacious. The hotel has a coffee area and abeautiful communal roof terrace for lounging. Breakfast is eggs, bacon and toast with fruit... More

Our group, of 40, were so happy with the Praktik Rambla, especially our coordinator Alejandro. Our entire experience with the hotel and staff was incredible. The rooms, superior or standard, were perfect. The back courtyard was a great place for friends to meet and have fun, not to mention the many restaurants right at your door step. The metro and... We loved our three night stay here. We arrived at midnight to a warm reception at the front desk. In the morning, we were pleased to discover our convenient location. Took the metro to the Sagrada Familia. And then for two days we used the Hop On Hop Off Bus to sightsee. The little restaurant next door was good for... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
