This hotel is in an excellent location. Really couldn't be better. Small rooms but clean and modern. Right next to La Rambla and a short walk to the amazing gothic quarter. Acceptable street noise given the location. Would recommend.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights, location cannot be better. We had a room on a higher floor with a lovely view over la Rambla and a very acceptable level of street noise (mind you, it wasn't high season). Rooms at the back overlook the Boqueria (covered market). Double room was good sized, clean and spacious bathroom. Breakfast at... More

This hotel was very clean, staff were helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Continental only but good variety of cold food. The location was spot on. Close to buses and metro and the excellent indoor food market is a must to see.

Have just returned from this hotel, I had a few reservations after reading some reviews but very happy and decided that you could not please all of the people all of the time. The location you could not ask for better, we stayed on the first floor (three floors up) that although looked over La Ramblas just opposite the decking... More

Facility was fantastic right on La Rambles - where the action is - and easily located in front of the Boqueria Marketplace, a landmark. Room are modernly appointed and comfortable. We were on the 2nd fl. which was actually 4 stories up. We had a balcony with a terrific view of La Ramblas day or night. Street noise was not... More

I would strongly not recommend this Hotel. Employees at front desk are very kind but could do nothing except being constantly sorry. Problems start early at check-in/ 9 october 2014: I was given an occupied room. I went back at lobby. Waited 45 min. Although I booked a 20m2 room I paid 160€/night, I finally had a very small one.... More

This hotel is great ..really clean. We stayed in a room with a balcony facing Las Ramblas. I loved the balcony and had no problem with noise. The room was clean big and spacious with a cool ceiling. The bathroom had a private door and it's own door out to the balcony .I would definitely recommend this hotel and I... More

The fact that this hotel was right above the Boqueria markets was everything to me. We went to the markets for everything.. breakfast, tapas, snacks. Back to the hotel. Beautiful rooms with modern decor, a fantastic shower and reasonably friendly staff. What ruined it for me was four days without wifi. It drove me crazy as every day we would... More

Staying in La Rambla

Neighborhood Profile
La Rambla
Barcelona's most famous street was once a dry riverbed. Now, La Rambla is a 1200-meter boulevard, and a major draw for visitors. During the day, La Rambla fills with pedestrians, some of which stroll past impressive human statues and artists while others take a break to people-watch while enjoying a drink at one of the many terraces. Housed here is the iconic Boqueria Market that offers one of the most varied and appetizing selections of local produce and specialty meats and treats. While it’s important for tourists to keep an eye on their belongings at all times, this area is most safely explored in the daytime and is a must see for everyone who visits.
