Nice hotel in a good location, the rooms are clean and have everything you need with lots of space, the hotel is modern and fits in with other Barcelona hotels. Our shower head was broken but other than that the room was faultless, the large TV was also a bonus, I would stay here Again and recommend it

My friends and I stayed there during the off-peak season (February 2015) and we loved the hotel for the price we payed (43 euros each of the three of us for two nights). The living room is big, the kitchen is fully furnished. There are two double beds and a plasma TV with many channels. The bathroom is furnished with... More

The Capri by Fraser (formerly the Apsis Porta Marina) is a very good place in a strange location. The rooms are very large, 30 to 40 square meters. Mine had a living room with kitchenette and totally separate bedroom. Overall, the standard of furniture and fittings was average, but everything worked pretty well. The design was modern, and there was... More

I'll keep it short and sweet. Great amenties, fantastic room, good food, great staff - really friendly, and great links to the main tourist locations. Far out enough from the hustle and bustle, yet still connected with a 5 minute walk from the metro station (that's if you remember your way there and back in daylight and at night...) Unfortunately... More

Location is close to the Marina Metro station. It was a little loud outside even though our room did not face the street. We were on the first floor. The room was an apartment and it was large and had separate rooms for sleeping. We booked for a family of four and it was perfect. The location was also good... More

When booking I was unsure about the location of this hotel. But based on the good reviews I went for it. The hotel is literally less than 70 meters away from the metro station which links to all the main stations for the central ramblas (main streets). Taxis are also near by and no more than 6-7 Euros to Central... More

Good location(near Sagrada Familia, and metro only 50mts), very clean and nice staff! The wifi works great, tv in English, good kitchen, not very large room but enough, and very clean bathroom. coffee shops and restaurants nearby. In the last day we doesn't have hot water for bath, it is the only reason for me not to give 5 stars!

This room was an awesome price. Very good value. We had a kitchenette which saved us a fortune for breakfasts. We also made our own lunch and took it with us when we went out. The bathroom is large and the shower very nice. Beds were comfortable too. It is a little bit off the beaten track, but we had... More

In response to the claims that the hotel offered to change rooms I should put this in context ... Apart from all the noise of the traffic and the building works outside the hotel in their wisdom decided to deliver goods to the hotel at 1 am in the morning making a right old racket. I phoned down reception to... More

Arrived from the airport extremely confused as we had booked the Porta Marina Apartments, and we weren't aware there had been a name change! We were told that our room had been upgraded and given the key to room 608. The room was beautifully fitted, great kitchen with all you would need to feed four of you, including new toaster,... Staying in Poblenou

Neighborhood Profile
Poblenou
The futuristic Agbar Tower stands out from Barcelona's skyline in Poblenou. It is no coincidence then that this area of town is the newly crowned technological park of the city, its own mini Silicon Valley containing a tech incubator (Barcelona Activa) as well as a host of local and international high tech companies. To accommodate the onrush of new residents and workers, the area of Poblenou has seen a surge of activity in new high-rise residential buildings and two top-notch shopping centers catering to everyone's need. The ambiance of this area is calmer than the city center and the beautifully relaxing Bogatell Beach, popular with locals, is just a handful of blocks away.
