Great location for getting around the city. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the free cava on arrival and the snacks in the afternoon were perfect when relaxing by the pool. One of the best hotels for service we've ever stayed in.

Lets just start by saying every aspect of this hotel is perfect and like every hotel you can find some faults. The location is about 100m from the port and Las Ramblas (main Street) lots of bars restaurants and shopping withing a 5 minute walk. The room was perfect, really comfortable and exceptional well appointed, with a great en-suite, it... More

Catalonia Port is a small boutique hotel ideally positioned within minutes of Las Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter & Barceloneta. The hotel is located on a small side street and has an unassuming facade. Inside however, the hotel is modern, clean and spacious (I stayed in a superior room). The staff is very friendly and helpful and keen to provide advice... More

This hotel was booked by my family as a birthday celebration surprise for me. The hotel lies very conveniently a short distance from the marina area and La Rambla. Our visit was slightly curtailed by my wife breaking her foot a couple of days before flying out. All the staff could not have been more helpful. There is a lift... More

Neighborhood Profile
Barrio Gotico (Barri Gotic)
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighborhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.
