Having booked well in advance, as the time for our holiday arrived, I began re-communicating with Daily Flats some weeks before our arrival with no response. After many emails and no response, I was actually in the airport in Lisbon waiting for our flight to Barcelona when owner finally called.
After following her instructions and calling again after landing, we were told that someone would be there to give us the key at an appointed hour. We arrived, waited, waited and waited in the dark and cold with our 2 children and our luggage out the front of the apartment block. Whenever I rang, I was told someone was coming and would be there in 5 minutes. I was getting more and more worried that something just wasn't right.
