2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room with big kitchen. Very complete kitchen. towels and bedlinnen are included. Plasma tv. The beds are not very comfortable, but that is the only point of attention i have. Small balcony, but you can sit next to each other if you open both windows. I was 2 hours early but that was... We have just returned from a week long conference in Barcelona at the Hotel Arts. My self and a colleague shared the accommodation and it was perfect. I has two on suit rooms with Power Showers a comfortable lounge and very modern fully stocked kitchen. The apartment was in exceptional condition and even had 8 mb Broadband. It is about... More

The Apartments looked great in photos. When we arrived we were all in shock, the bedrooms were the worst, tiny with shabby quilt cover no air conditioning BOILING. It was really hard to sleep because of the heat so we had to keep our room door open and pray for a bit of air from the basic air condition unit... More

This was a very good apartment, couldn't agree with previous review except on one aspect, it is noisy and I would advise taking ear plugs, although one bedroom is quieter than the other. It is very close to the beach (5 mins walk). The underground is about ten minutes walk away, supermarket/shopping centre is five minutes away and there's a... More

Beware these self contained apartments look great on the internet but are dreadful. These units were not clean i.e dirty dishes , dirty wash cloth, no drying tea towels, smelly bathrooms and to top things off a dodgy hot water service which gave us intermittent hot water. The locks on the doors very difficult to use and required servicing or... More

Staying in Poblenou

Neighborhood Profile
Poblenou
The futuristic Agbar Tower stands out from Barcelona's skyline in Poblenou. It is no coincidence then that this area of town is the newly crowned technological park of the city, its own mini Silicon Valley containing a tech incubator (Barcelona Activa) as well as a host of local and international high tech companies. To accommodate the onrush of new residents and workers, the area of Poblenou has seen a surge of activity in new high-rise residential buildings and two top-notch shopping centers catering to everyone's need. The ambiance of this area is calmer than the city center and the beautifully relaxing Bogatell Beach, popular with locals, is just a handful of blocks away.
