The location makes the Hotel Curious an excellent choice for anyone visiting Barcelona. It's right in the heart of Las Ramblas so easy to pop back to whilst sightseeing. Rooms are clean and compact but more than adequate, ours had French windows that opened on to the street below. Breakfast was simple but satisfactory with fresh coffee and pastries as... More

We stayed here for 7 nights in August as a young couple from Australia. The location couldn't have been better - a minutes walk from Las Ramblas and very close to the Gothic Quarter. The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful and gave us lots of advice about Barcelona. The rooms were very clean, a little small but in... More

Upon arrival, we realised we had left our back pack with iPad, credit card, camera (with 8 weeks worth of photos on it!), Kindle etc in the taxi. The gorgeous man at the desk went out of his way to do all he could to make me feel better and he made a few phone calls to see if there... More

We had a good stay at Hotel Curious. The location was perfect: it was near La Rambla, but not in it. That means that we can easily get into the action and then have a place to relax whenever we're tired. It was our home base. The room was nice and cozy. The shower area was a bit small. I... More

Stayed one night before a cruise, and three nights post-cruise to see Barcelona. Location is great; a block off La Ramblas and about a block from the Boqueria. Yes, the rooms are definitely small, but our room (104) was toward the back, so very quiet, peaceful sleep in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was pretty good; yogurt, pastries, donuts, hardboiled... More

This is about 1 minute walk from the ramblas. The street itself felt a bit dodgy initially but it was fine. The hotel is very small. small check in area and a small breakfast area. room was tiny, same size as the bathroom. Staff were very helpful. Overall it felt a bit like a upmarket hostel. Probably wouldnt stay here... More

Had a 2 night stay before a cruise here It was clean, welcoming and the price included breakfast Our room was substantially smaller than our friends, but the price was the same The rooms were airconditoned, but had no safe or refrigerator Staff had to open the outside door by remote to let you in, which made it safer Overall... I stayed here with a friend a week ago. I had read all the great reviews and it didn't disappoint! The hotel is centrally located just off the la ramblas. Easy bus ride to the beach, close to the underground and the main square where the buses to the airport leave/arrive to. I stayed in a twin room. The room... More

I stayed with my partner at Hotel Curious for approximately 4 days. We found our stay to be seamless and enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Great location just steps away from La Rambla, and centrally located for everything that my wife and I did during our stay in Barcelona. We opted for the economy room since we don't spend much time awake in the hotel. It's about as small as a room with a queen bed can possibly be. We managed okay for two days/nights,... More
