Stayed here for 2 nights midweek. We got there early (10am)and were going to see would they mind our bags, we were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready to go. We booked a private room with ensuite, it was small but perfectly formed! Clean and tidy, with the most comfortable bed I've slept in for a long time! Plenty... More

Pros: Staff, Location, Room space, Beds, AC. Cons: Elevator, Shared bathrooms. I don't know why the website forces me to write at least 200 characters even though I have been straight to the point with my pros and cons. Anyway I exceeded now the limit lol.

OK normally we do not book Hostels but after our stay here we are changing our view. This is only a small hostel, rooms were basic but spotless. Receptionist was so friendly and the location was perfect. Just a short walk to the Airport Bus and all the best of Barcelona. The only down side was there was a little... More

Me and my boyfriend just came back from a 6 night stay at Somnio and we were extremely happy with the hostel and the room itself. We stayed in the en-suite room, which was a bit more expensive than the others, because we wanted the privacy of having our own bathroom. The room is small, just enough room for a... More

Me and my boyfriend only stayed in Somnio for 3 nights, but while staying there we wished we could have stayed all nights for the rest of our trip. The room was big, everything was super clean, the wifi was working perfectly! It in a great location, very central. Enjoy!

Really good location in Barcelona, private bedroom clean and comfortable. We really enjoy the hotel, we were only disapointed by the organisation during the night, we went outside and when we came backbefore midnight there were nobody to open the door. Without this issue we would have been really happy by this hotel.

I've been there 3 nights, the position is very central, good when you stay just a few days. Nice people on the desk, helped when i've got some problem. My room was small but ok, silent, very comfortable bed.

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
