So in order to get to your assigned apt you first meet with a representative that is only available from 10am to 5pm. You must read the instructions provided in order for you to find the rep location. It can be a bit confusing if you don't. Their office is on the 4th floor of a building down from the... More

Pluses: I stayed in this apartment with my husband and 2 children. We were surprised that the apartment was as large as it was. We had a patio, but it wasnt overlooking anything. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a pull out couch in the living room. The apartment could easily have slept 6 people and the kitchen... More

Nothing beats these apartments in location. Right in the center of Ramblas, equidistant from port and Catalunya Plaza.Backyard is the Reval plaza.Right outside and behind are the max collection of retaurants-both fancy and fast food. Chemist, atm, souvenir shops, supermarket etc,all right outside. Perfect for those who step out mostly. Not for those who chill and relax in room as... More

My husband and I stayed at Las Ramblas Bacardi Apartments last month with our 3 and 5 year olds. Having paid close attention to their instructions I found the office which wasn't on pedestrian level of Las Ramblas but just 1 floor up and a nice receptionist guy came down to help us with our bags. In general the staff... More

The apartments was close to everything we wanted to see. The bus was nearby so we could see the different churches and Gaudi Gardens. We walked the promenade every day. Got a good deal with the hop on hop off buses.

Very good basic (ikea furniture) accommodation on Las Ramblas. 500m from sightseeing bus stop. Ideal for those not needing any fuss or assistance, it is an apartment after all not a hotel. Travelled as a group of 5 females mixed ages felt safe at all times. Ideal base, very clean although pillows were a bit hard nothing to complain about... More

The noise out in Las Ramblas on the Friday night was beyond anything I have experienced. It was as though the revellers were in our room. Three of us were up drinking tea at 2am. Everytime we boiled the kettle the fuse would flip and we were in darkness. The fellow was very friendly but could do nothing he could... More

We are currently installing windows with a new soundproofing system and air conditioning in all the rooms to eliminate the noise during the weekend from such a central location. All windows will be installed by the end of January 2014. More

We came to this apartments with 2 families with 3 kids each. Building is very old; dirty; and surroundings are not the best. There are no services at all; if you want to wash clothes you have to wait like 5 hours because washer/dryer are VERY slow. Rooms are ugly, with insects. Don't stay there please. There are a lot... It looks like you stayed in another apartment in the same building? The building is a Palace in Colonial style from 1850, but it has been completely renovated and are all refurbished and new in the inside. In the same building there is another rental company, probably you stayed there. More

Staying in La Rambla

Neighborhood Profile
La Rambla
Barcelona's most famous street was once a dry riverbed. Now, La Rambla is a 1200-meter boulevard, and a major draw for visitors. During the day, La Rambla fills with pedestrians, some of which stroll past impressive human statues and artists while others take a break to people-watch while enjoying a drink at one of the many terraces. Housed here is the iconic Boqueria Market that offers one of the most varied and appetizing selections of local produce and specialty meats and treats. While it’s important for tourists to keep an eye on their belongings at all times, this area is most safely explored in the daytime and is a must see for everyone who visits.
