Very friendly staff but too noisy. Next to the hospital and at a major cross road.
No double glazing, you can hear everything from the discussion at the shop to all the scooters and car passing by.
It's not a B&B but a room you hire in a spanish flat and have to share the bathroom with other users.

It was my first time on holidays in Barcelona. UInfortunately I had to stay in this hostel.
I stayed there 5 days and I had warm water only for 2. When I asked staff to do something with it they always said next day.
The cockroaches in the bedroom and kitchen were massive.
Generally it was dirty.

I booked this B & B via internet, and they got back to me fairly fast saying they had vacancie. We made a deal that went from 93euro per night and was usually 70EURO but they gave it to me for 80euro but i had to stay more than night so i would. I booked it by paypal 2 days...

On the Casanova B & B website it does look really beautiful, then on arrival it is NOT what was offered!!
First of all, there is a hospital right across the road (which is NOT MENTIONED in any of their "great reviews" from their own website!!) from the B & B, ambulances are constantly blaring their sirens at the junction,...
