The hotel deserves 3 and half stars but tripadvisor doesn't cater for this. Hotel staff are friendly, rooms small, matress (double bed) moves when partner moves. The hotel is clean and situated a 15 minute walk from town centre. Everybody walks anyway as they live in flats. Parking outside hotel is free although they offer paid parking underground. Meals when... More

Very good hotel with a fantastic price. Nice rooms, good beds, very nice staff and good location. Breakfast was really good and everything was fantastic quality. Loved the smoothies and the rice pudding. Also lovely corner for children. Fresh fruit juices. Only complaint they should use bottled water for the tea water as water there tastes not very good. We... More

We went to Valladolid to visit a friend who lives there, however when he announced that he'd be out of town the days we planned to visit, we decided to come to the city regardless. I'd already booked a room at NH Valladolid. The week we arrived it was hot. Very hot. We had already been traveling for some time... More

rooms are small but what bothered me more there was almost no light in the room. Breakfast was not bad. Free Wifi was available. Most of the time there was a bad smell of sweat in the lobby. Towels are ok.

My stay here was pleasant, with nice rooms, a brilliant breakfast and within walking distance to the city. (However, I have left a sentimental 'teddy bear' in the hotel room and although I have made contact with the hotel but it hasn't been discovered. I am lost without it)

Decent hotel with large, comfortable rooms. Adequate bathroom with hairdryer & bathtub/shower combo. Water pressure is good but temperature oscillates between hot and lukewarm. Bathroom has fan that didn't work in our room, which was fine since the mirrors are treated to repel steam. There's also a wall-mounted magnifying mirror, which is always a nice touch. Honor bar in lobby.... More

The location is rather practical for business travellers (not far from avenida de Salamanca which connects well to the main roads), however the environment is a little depressing : low-cost housings grown on wastelands (as in most Spanish cities). Walking to the historic city center is not too difficult if you know your way, it takes 10-15 mn. The hotel... More

Stopped over here en-route to Murcia from the Santander ferry. Modern rooms with wooden floors and a huge well lit ensuite bathroom. Very comfortable king size bed. Helpful staff although they struggled with English when I needed a VW garage but nevertheless we achieved a successful outcome. Beware the added cost of underground car parking as there is a free... I made the mistake of staying here one night while I was on vacation. This hotel is located in the dreary part of the city next to an ugly public park and low income housing. The staff was unfriendly and uninformed about the local tourist attractions. They seemed more geared towards the business traveler. The only positive thing was a... More
