On our return journey from the South of Spain, heading towards Bilbao, our first time at this hotel. Not TOO difficult to find but had to get help in accessing the internal secure car park (with security cameras) below the hotel (E12 per day), as it was little awkward to enter and ticket system didn't work properly! This is a modern, spacious, well equipped hotel with underground parking. The room was quiet and spacious with tea/ coffee making facilities and a good clean bathroom. However the bed was too firm, and there was an emergency light which you cannot switch off. The door to the bathroom is glass and opens next to the bed so you cannot... More

We arrived at Santander on the 9th August having travelled from Portsmouth and chose Valladolid for two nights as a place to stop before heading to Andalucía . It is hard to find a hotel in Valladolid that has a pool. We like to sight see and then enjoy relaxing by a pool (Valladolid is really worth visiting for the former). The Novotel does have a pool but it is really too small to accommodate the family market they seem to have captured. So get to it before... More
