We stayed a week at the Catedral Hotel in Valladolid. It's a small hotel - around 25 rooms. The rooms aren't huge, but they are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are bigger than some European hotels. Ask for the rooms 103, 203 or 303 - they are at the end of the hallway and bigger and quieter than the others.... more
