This hotel is just terrific. Attentive staff, very nice rooms, cleanliness everywhere, very nice breakfast buffet. The center of the city is just a 10-walk away. Shopping? Spain's biggest department store (El Corte Inglés) is right across the street. Melia Olid may be closer to the centre but that is also a problem as you have to put up with... more

I've recently stayed in Silken Juan de Austria during the SEMINCI (International Cinema Festival). It is a 4 star with facilities for executives and with an excellent sightseeing atrio. spent 2 nights in the hotel and found it be immaculate inside and out.the rooms arent the biggest but are comfortable with excellent facilities and good air conditioning.staff were really helpfull.a good hotel and great value.location was fine.walking to the old town was no problem and after a long night sampling the tapas and local brews a taxi back was... more

Close to the Plaza de Toros but a longish walk from the town centre, this is an ultra-modern, clean and business-like hotel.
