I really regret booking in this hotel. It doesn't meet the minimum standard to be a 3 star hotel , not alone 4. The rooms are small and the services are poor. It is very noisy. It has only 1 small lift. The breakfast is really a nightmare. The only good thing about it is the WiFi.

This is a small hotel in what was once a monastery. Except for the lighting in the room, which was very dim, everything was exceptionally good here. They provided more lighting for us when we told them it was too dark for us. There is an elevator. The room was spacious, elegant and very comfortable. It was one of the... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights last month, and attended a family wedding here. We loved the hotel. The bells from the monastery take a little bit of getting used to. We loved the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel and found the staff very friendly. The wedding reception at the hotel was amazing. We stayed... More

The hotel is a converted building with lots of old-fashioned features such as the original cloister, nice tapestries and modern ones too. The staff are stretched but offer good service. The breakfasts are excellent; the dinners in the Claustro Resaurante also well-cooked and carefully served. My room was okay with a tiled floor, hacienda-style and basic + bathroom. Comfy beds.... This is a lovely hotel situated near the aqueduct which means you can go all around the town and still find your way back! Reception was excellent, friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious enough, though our bathroom a little on the small side. Quirky features were that there is no chance of any food between 4 and... More

Situated in a 10 minute walk from the historic centre of Segovia but still has a ver calm and quiet atmosphere. Room is nice and has loads of space, bed extremely comfortable. Restaurant is really good and breakfast has a great variety of choices.

This extention and restauration of an old monastry is very nice. It is located where 10 minutes walk from the old city, and the walk is very nice as it goes along the old Roman aqueduct. However, our stay suffered a couple of serious drawbacks. 1) In our room the a.c. was almost impossible to be properly set: noisy and... More

Great hotel at a decent price. Lots of charm and history. Food at the restaurant was good but there are many/other choices around....Five minutes walk to "Acueducto". Front desk lady, Myrian, was very helpful and nice. Will definitely recommend this Hotel!

Beautiful setting reeled me in, but was great overall value. Tremendous breakfast variety, with strong, relable wifi (free), and while a tad dated in parts, the charm made up for it. I've never had a front-desk employee spend so much time going over city attractions---very helpful!

we walked in late on a weekend night and got a room for 75 euro. Accommodations were decent. Bathroom had a nice bathtub, pillows were a bit stiff for my taste but otherwise the bedding was adequate. The restaurant was closed by the time we got there (around 11pm) and there were no restaurants in the area that were still... More
