We stayed in this hotel on our way back to Santander from Southern Spain. It's easy to find whEn travelling by car and is situated right next to the Segovia Aqueduct. Its a lovely hotel part of a monastery and there is a lovely courtyard surrounded by cloisters. Room was excellent with really comfy bed and good shower. Breakfast was... More

We chose a Hotel in Segovia as it was halfway to our destination in Galicia. We chose San Antonio El Real for various reasons. It sounded interesting as it was formally a monastery, it had lots of private parking, both above ground(free) and in the garage (chargeable) and it was a short walk along the Roman Aqueduct into the old... Enjoyed two nights stay here in September and was very pleased with our choice. Very peaceful and comfortable with our room looking out onto the old cloister style courtyard. Easy walk by the incredible aquaduct into the beautiful town - didnt use our car at all the two nights we stayed. Must visits are The Alcazar and the Cathedral -... More

We chose this hotel because of its location near the beginning of the aqueduct and weren't disappointed. It was so interesting walking into the town along the aqueduct and seeing how it had been built taking into account the hill gradient. The hotel was comfortable - our room was small with good quality linen and free wifi. We slept well... More

Very low prices hotel with wonderful breakfast. The wifi was free. Former monastery converted to hotel. Located at the beginning of the Roman Aqueduct. Be sure to see the alcazar de Segovia on your visit. Room decor was nice and bathroom was large by European standard.

This hotel is a former convent. We were given a spacious room which was simple but tastefully decorated. The outer walls of the convent have been retained while the inside has been modernised but not overly so. The hotel is located very close to where the famous Roman aqueduct begins. We had a great breakfast which was included in our... More

This was perfect for the location as it is close to the start of the aqueduct and was a 15 minute walk to the plaza mayor. Covered parking and quiet comfortable room. Good breakfast. Easy access to main routes if you are driving.

My husband and I only stayed for 1 night on route to Salamanca in July. I booked it direct with the hotel and requested a quiet room, we stayed in 231, which although near stairs was really quiet. We had two windows overlooking a garden and the slope up to the car park, with wonderful window seats. The room was... More
