Quaint. Pristine. In a great location within the jewel that is Segovia, a town who's history dates back over two millenniums, properly named a World Heritage Site. I have been here various times while visiting my son at IE University. It just keeps providing a unique experience. Friendly beyond description. A true hotelman's home away from home. Do not miss... Good hotel large rooms but some are noisier than others. Close to restaurant Jose Maria and plaza Mayor. Our First room was over a blind alley and had garbage truck arriving at 3 am staff were nice to move us. Second room was quiet . Breakfeast is ordinary. The staff helpful with getting rid of car rental. There are lots of... More

We stayed here on a recent visit to Segovia. It must have been a quiet time, because there seemed to be very few other guests in the hotel. Nevertheless, the desk staff were very friendly and helpful with maps and suggestions. As our Spanish is limited to about 3 words, this was all most helpful. The room and bathroom were... More

Excellent location (although not so easy to find driving), with easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants in the old town. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautifully restored building, breakfast area/bar in charming covered interior patio. Our second floor room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the little plaza. Excellent breakfast and we really enjoyed our two-night stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights. This is a beautiful restored building with large rooms and excellent facilities. The location is above the Aquaduct but near the historical district. Staff are helpful and suggested eating at Jose Maria restaurant which was probably one of the best meals we had during our trip. We ate there 3 times! I would highly... More

This hotel is well located for walking to all the historical sites in Segovia. It is very clean. Our room faced the street side but it was so quiet when the windows were closed. The staff was accommodating and very helpful, especially in knowing the times of the various sites and good nearby restaurants. There is a garage underneath that... More

Perfect little Noblemen's home with a wonderfully pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is extremely clean with modern accents. A satisfying breakfast was included in our price of $128 per night. Parking was 18 EU and the staff even parked our huge mini-van for us. Nice location about a 3 minute walk to the Cathedral. Only minor issue is that... More

My colleagues and I stayed at the Hotel Palacio San Facundo in Segovia for two nights. We seemed to be there during the "off-season" because the hotel was not even close to capacity. This was not a bad thing as we had the place to ourselves and the city was relatively quiet. The accommodations were fantastic. The rooms were spacious... More

Summary: Excellent location, good breakfast, friendly and unobtrusive staff, underground parking. Charming and romantic place for a short stay matching Segovia very well. We would recommend this place with pleasure. We stayed in the hotel for one night. This stay was unplanned so we were unexpected guests; however, we were pleasantly greeted and provided with several rooms for our choice.... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night. We have a big SUV. So, we were happy with their secure parking in their basement. The receptionist even guided him as he parked which was kind of him. He also made a reservation at Duque right away as I requested. Our check in was smooth and quick. The room was... More
