The rooms surround a restaurant courtyard. We were trying to sleep at 11pm but it was impossible with clapping, yelling, and laughing at an unusually loud level. We thought there might be some kind of performance but it was a dinner party. When we called Reception, the woman said she would talk to them but apparently it had no effect.... More

We were on a day visit to Segovia and we decided to have 4 set menus from the hotel restaurant. On the menu apart from the food,(that it was nice) included in this menu there was water and jug of wine. But when the waiter brought all the food and drinks he brought only 1 small jug of wine that only have... The location of this hotel is perfect, right between Plaza Mayor and the Aqueduct! The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Breakfast is very basic, worse than what an American motel typically offers. Lucky to get a street parking just in front of the hotel, which is free during the weekend.

Pretty hotel in quiet location near Plaza Mayor, fifteen minute walk from bus station. Best water pressure I have ever encountered. When we returned from dinner and a stroll, we were horrified to find a very loud rock band playing an informal concert less than 100 feet from the hotel, but we were even more amazed that we could not... Nothing was too much trouble for our stay here. We were going to a festival 60 km North by car and wanted help with directions. The receptionist looked up the direction, the distance, what to see on the way, ordered a taxi to take us to the car hire and back and recommended restaurants. She was brilliant and apologised for... This hotel is a little tricky to find when driving into the town. We parked outside and paid €17 to have our car parked and brought back the time we were leaving. Short walk to the aqueduct and the beautiful cathedral. The palace also within walking distance. Small rooms but comfortable. Lovely view over medieval church next door. They really... More

Admittedly the hotel was initially hard to find but we managed. The receptionist (Henar) was extremely helpful and even paid the parking meter for us like a previous reviewer. The rooms were comfortable with excellent AC and bathroom. The breakfast was basic but very fresh. The evening dinner at the hotel was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced.Located to all... More

The Hotel is located within walking distance to most of the main attractions, just a few minutes walk to Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral, 10 minutes to the Aquaducto and approx. 15 minutes to the Alcazar which are all must see items. There are many restaurants nearby, but do yourself a favour and have tapas/raciones in the hotel restaurant (El... More

We went for a single night, carved out of our visit to Madrid. It was really a good excuse for my husband to indulge in a cochinillo lunch then sleep it off. :) It was cheaper than the hotel in Madrid where we had been staying and gave us a small town visit Nice room. Not a lot of interaction... More

Right in the heart of Segovia. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast for good price. Bed was a bit too firm but room was clean and tidy The sound proofing is as you expect (I.e. Not fully sound proofed like a five star hotel) for an old building but we had a nice peaceful nights rest. Main thing was... More
