The room is tiled & has shutters & a small fan. Even though today's temperature was 35- 38 degrees the room was cool & comfy to get a good sleep. Breakfast was average with 2 pieces of toast ( toast is rare to find!) jam, small cake & coffee.

It's very central, just a little up the hill from the spectacular Roman aqueduct. Good, light room with quiet effective air conditioning. No lift and a bit up hill from the centre (but then Segovia is all hilly) Bed not very comfortable and the hostal was for some reason very noisy - bring earplugs If you're driving the parking garage... Room size good for 2 people in the 3 person room. Nice very clean room and facility. Wifi worked well. Woman staff person very nice. Difficult to find with gps. Finally found it after circling several times. 5 minutes away from the Acqueduct. Parking is a problem. Parking lot is very small and difficult to manueuver in. We parked 10... More

Aside from the fact that there is no lift, which is an inconvenience for a senior, this hotel was most acceptable. The rooms are small but scrupulously clean, the wi fi works. and it is very close to the aquaduct which is the beginning of the old city. It's quite possible to walk right across to the other side of... More

Very nice, clean hotel. The decor is about 30 years old, but is very clean. They also have access to a parking garage so that you can park your car if you are driving as we were. I would say it is less than 3-5 minutes to the aqueduct and very close to this drag of small shops and places... More

As others have said, the hostal is well located for the sights. It was clean and comfortable. There is a little church nearby and storks were nesting on the roof, which was lovely to see We were in the annexe to the hostal which was near this church. The annexe arrangement was ok but you had to make sure the... More

Ensuite doubles with continental breakfast at a budget price only two blocks from the aqueduct and plaza del azuguejo. A second hostal named Donjaime II is right across the street using g the same reception. Bed and pillows comfy. WiFi too.

This hostal is well located, close to places of interest, but on a quiet street. The room was quite spacious and clean, the staff was mostly nice. The only thing I didn't like - thin walls. There was more noise from inside the hostal itself, than from the street. Otherwise - just great.

This nice, no frills hotel is a comfortable place to stay in a beautiful town. The rooms are clean, beds are OK, pillows good. Rooms are warm since we hit a cold rainy spell in Segovia.

Segovia is, to many, the nicest city in Spain. Hotels are rather poor in general, but this time I found a gem: Hostal Don Jaime is right by the acqueduct, in a quiet street overlooking the Romanesque church of San Justo. It's a small place, with an annex opposite. Staff are chsrming, and even though there was a total confusion... More
