Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location on the edge of the Old City and easy walking distance from the bus station (I walked to the train station too, on my departure, but it's about 2 km.). Easy to find, good directions provided. An excellent room, well appointed, comfortable night's sleep. But just 'okay' WiFi; too many dropped signals.

This small hostal is well worth considering if you plan to visit this beautiful city. It is located just metres away from where the old town starts, and some 15 minutes away from the bus station. The guys running "Goya" are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, so are the bathrooms. There are several food shops... More

We were here for 2 nights and had a beautiful spotlessly clean spacious room – nice bright décor, 2 very comfortable single beds, 2 chairs, balcony with double glazing so very quiet, good size wardrobe. Air conditioning. Sheets and towels changed daily. Separate spacious bathroom, spotlessly clean with beautiful tile floors. Excellent position, 5 minutes walk to main square in... More

I spent only one night with my family of four in this hostal. Check in was easy and room quite big with nice decor, very clean. We have been with our rent a car and lady at reception showed us at map street with free parking. Great thing is that center of city is only cca 600 m on foot and... More

I have spent three nights in Hostal Goya, which is a rather hotel-like establishment that sports a convenient location, spacious, nicely equipped rooms and, reportedly, a 24-hour Reception — while I wouldn't bet on the latter, I recall seeing someone at the desk around 1:30 am, which is not a regular occasion in a hostel. Pros: - 10 minutes walk... More

On a busy road, but the two of us had a big room and slept well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Away from the tourist area but an easy walk, and close to local bars and restaurants.

While it is an okay place, we had a problem with air conditioning. We booked with Infohostal, a site that books hostales in Spain. On the site, it said there was air conditioning in "the rooms". My husband and I took this to mean that all the rooms had a/c, as no where on the site did it say any... More

We stayed in Hostal Goya 4 nights last june. Our room was large enough and full of light and had t.v. air conditioning and telephone, just the bathroom was a little small but it suited us anyway. The street below is a bit noisy, but you can close the windows and set the air conditioning. Besides, all the hostal rooms... More
