We loved the location and stylish modern elegance of the Puerta de la Cathedral which is alongside the main cathedral in town with many of the rooms overlooking it. As such it's a very lovely place to stay in this marvelous city. Rooms are spacious and evoke the best of boutique hotels in our native NYC. Only complaint, and not... more

This hotel sits directly behind the Cathedral on a quiet plaza and is within walking distance to everything in the center of town. The hotel is small, chic and well run. Our room had a FANTASTIC view of the Cathedral, which I loved. more

The Puerta de la Catedral is a clean, modern hotel in an excellent location close to the cathedral in old Salamanca. The beds were very comfortable and our room had an attractive, modern bathroom. We didn't have a cathedral view - in fact we looked out over somebody's onion patch - but this didn't detract from our stay in any... more
