The hotel is opposite the Parador and therefore to the south of the city so the other side of the river. For an overnight stay it is ideal as there is both on street and secure parking. The area is quite quiet so despite a fully loaded car we opted to leave it on the street where it was fine.... More

We decided to visit Salamanca during Easter week and all the hotels were full - even this one - but we called and they offered us a 2 bedroom apartment on the third floor, connected to the hotel. The rate was very reasonable, especially considering it was high season. 85 euros per room so 170 euros per night. The staff... More

We got a room on this hotel on short notice, and weren't disappointed. First of all, although this is listed on tripadvisor as a hostel or Inn, it is actually a 3-star hotel. It's at a fair distance from the historic centre, across the river at about a 20-25-minute walk to the cathedral. Poor public transport connection (actually none at... More

Not much to say really, good location, easy free parking, dog friendly with nice air conditioned rooms. This could be a great hotel if the staff would learn some customer service & not make you feel like you were an inconvenience! We stayed here for 1 night as a stop over on a long drive to southern Spain & it... More

We parked the car outside in the street - no problem and no charge. There were plaques by the entrance door showing that the hotel had been in the Michelin guide until 2011 - it would have been a good idea to remove them and they posed the question 'Why is this hotel no longer in the Guide Michelin?' The... More

Essentally clean, although a little mould in the shower, funky individual hotel. Comfortable bed, mini bar. Staff speak enough English and are very helpful. Good choice for breakfast, typical Spanish and at 3 euros, excellent value. Undercover parking garage 10 euros/day, would take maybe half a dozen cars. Wifi didn't work in our room at the end of the 1st... More

Staff not too pleasant, total lack of hot water in morning but central heating on full blast. The car park is very secure but tiny, pre book or you won't get in! Handy location close enough to centre, easy to find. Overall the price indicates the quality, ok for a quick visit but, if you want to impress your companion... More

We stayed here because it accepted dogs. However, it proved to be an excellent choice. It is situated in a quiet residential district at the rear of the Parador. It is very easy to find from the A66 and there is no need to get involved in the narrow one-way streets in the centre of the city. The hotel is... More
