This hotel has the more convenient location, at Plaza Mayor. It's very closed to the Historic Center, The University, The Cathedral, etc. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. All staff members were very kind and helpful. Next time I visit Salamanca, I will definately stay again at this hotel!

my room was on the same floor with receiptionist, it was so terrible noisy on midnite, sounds like ppl moving table around, according to the receptsionist, there was probably due to the guest arrived on midnite.... location is good, walking distance to the tourist attraction room is poor, mattress is not comfortable at all, having back pain on next day...... Modern, stylish decoration throughout --- comfortable, clean room and good sized bathroom. Good, quality selections for breakfast but staff struggled to cope when two large groups appeared at the same time. Hotel is close to the Plaza Major and there was a concert on there every night of our stay but very little of the noise was heard in our... More

This hotel could hardly be set in a more convenient place for those who want to visit the attractions of the old city on foot. Close to the main square and no distance from the historic centre it is an ideal place to stay. We liked our room. It had no view, as it faced into a small well or... More

It's only really the location that makes this hotel in any way interesting - adjacent to the Plaza Mayor, the most elegant square in Spain. The hotel itself is very average. Clean enough, friendly enough but I really don't know what the fourth star is for. If it's just for the splash pool that would be ridiculous. Stay here for... More

This hotezl could be fine. The location, the employees and the rooms are ok, even if the price is slightly overestimated. But the weak spot is the swimming pool (the reason why why chose this hotel actually) is 2 meters long !! You just can put your feet in. And there are only 2 seats to take a sunbath.

What a great location - a short walk to all the attractions especially the plaza and all the great restaurants. Handy for a city walking tour which can be done easily in a loop via the river and the University buildings. Take your map - this is a Spanish city with lots and lots of alleyways - a whole lot... This is a very good hotel where my family and I stayed for 1 night during a Cosmos tour. Our room was good-sized, with neat and clean-looking laminated wood floors, as opposed to germ-housing carpets. Location was excellent, being right at the back of the plaza mayor. The place was surrounded by a lot of restaurants and good food. It... More

Great location, right next to the Plaza Mayor. The rooms were big enough, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. We had breakfast out as the hotel one seemed expensive. Finding the hotel by car was tricky as it is on a pedestrian road. They recommend parking in a 24hr car park, which costs €20/day

The hotel is wonderfully located, the service is excellent (kind, useful, cheerful) and rooms are fine. Noise from corridor is an issue, but not excessive. In my experience, hotel room was too hot. Breakfast is not amazingly stocked but it's OK. Overall, hotel is nice but I did not find it value for money for a 4star hotel
