It's only really the location that makes this hotel in any way interesting - adjacent to the Plaza Mayor, the most elegant square in Spain. The hotel itself is very average. Clean enough, friendly enough but I really don't know what the fourth star is for. If it's just for the splash pool that would be ridiculous. Stay here for... More

This hotezl could be fine. The location, the employees and the rooms are ok, even if the price is slightly overestimated. But the weak spot is the swimming pool (the reason why why chose this hotel actually) is 2 meters long !! You just can put your feet in. And there are only 2 seats to take a sunbath.

What a great location - a short walk to all the attractions especially the plaza and all the great restaurants. Handy for a city walking tour which can be done easily in a loop via the river and the University buildings. Take your map - this is a Spanish city with lots and lots of alleyways - a whole lot... This is a very good hotel where my family and I stayed for 1 night during a Cosmos tour. Our room was good-sized, with neat and clean-looking laminated wood floors, as opposed to germ-housing carpets. Location was excellent, being right at the back of the plaza mayor. The place was surrounded by a lot of restaurants and good food. It... More

Great location, right next to the Plaza Mayor. The rooms were big enough, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. We had breakfast out as the hotel one seemed expensive. Finding the hotel by car was tricky as it is on a pedestrian road. They recommend parking in a 24hr car park, which costs €20/day

The hotel is wonderfully located, the service is excellent (kind, useful, cheerful) and rooms are fine. Noise from corridor is an issue, but not excessive. In my experience, hotel room was too hot. Breakfast is not amazingly stocked but it's OK. Overall, hotel is nice but I did not find it value for money for a 4star hotel

We picked this hotel because of its location in the centre of Salamanca. We were given a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the narrow street and with a view almost directly into the residential buildings opposite. There was no view of the city on that floor but there possibly would be one from the 5th floor. There was a... More

We checked into this hotel and found the toilet didn't work. We advised the desk and headed out. We returned several hours later to find that the toilet still wasn't working. When we asked at the desk again, the clerk was offensive, rude and started yelling that she couldn't do it. We didn't ask her to personally roll up her... More

Can't beat the hotel for its proximity to the Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, our bathroom could use some updating and the rooms need to be soundproofed! It was easy to hear the guests in the room next to ours in their bathroom (and vice versa I'm sure)... More

Enjoyed our stay here, room was spacious, and very clean. Perfect location, and a very short walk to the main square which was very busy. Great location for Café's, restaurants,, and Cocktail bars. We have decided that we will visit Salamanca again, too much to see and do in very little time. A long weekend needed. One of the best... More
