This hotel hasn´t been upgraded in centuries. The only thing that´s acceptable is the washroom. The beds were so small - I think they were designed for smurfs. The continental breakfast was very basic, NOT EVEN FRESHLY SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Situated centrally to all Salamanca's attractions, the Almeda Palace is a great place to stay. Rooms are well equipped and feature quality furnishings throughout as does the rest of the public areas, A multitude of dining and shopping experiences are all at the front entrance. Staff were particularly efficient , welcoming and helpful.

This is a really nice hotel in the heart of Salamanca. They have lots of beautiful paintings in the hallways. The furnishings throughout are way above average. The hotel has a lot of character which makes it fun to stay there. The rooms were well appointed and they had two easy chairs for sitting. The bathroom is attractive and there... More

The Hotel Alameda Palace is centrally located within the city of Salamanca and many sites are within walking distance of city attractions. The City of Salamanca is a very comfortable area and visitor friendly. The Hotel Alameda Palace staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and not too expensive. The hotel has gorgeous internal wood paneling, art, woodwork and style that is very pleasant to enjoy and relax in...it almost feels like the movie Hotel Budapest with the overall theme and cast of staff characters. It has decent free hotel WiFi Internet....but if you ask about the gym/fitness center, the door is locked and the staff is not sure... More

Hotel Alameda Palace is a beautiful, elegant and well managed boutique hotel at the heart of Salamanca, Spain. I have stayed there in two separate occasions, and in both cases I have been blown away by the charm and elegance of this hotel, and the attentiveness of the staff. It does hold up to its name, and I have felt... More

We stayed for just one night visiting our son who is studying at the University of Salamanca - other higher rated places in Trip Advisor were either already booked or outside what we wanted to spend. This is a very elegant looking hotel. We had a triple room that was more like a suite with a separate living room (pull... More

Beautiful hotel that is so well located to enjoy all of Salamanca. Perhaps not really a palace but it certainly feels like one. Our room was so gorgeous and comfortable it was almost hard to leave it. The marble bathroom was very well equipped. Clean! Clean! Clean!

This is a difficult hotel to rate. On the one hand, the location is excellent - within walking distance to the main square and Salamanca's two cathedrals. The exterior is made of sandstone and is quite beautiful. The lobby is clean and spacious and contains several nice chandeliers. The rooms are of average size but clean. Now the negatives: the...
