Tryp is a nice hotel an only short walk to all major sights. Parking is also available but costs extra. My only gripe was the breakfast which is suppose to be a hot buffet. This is a great hotel! A 10-minute walk from the central plaza, on a side street so very quiet. The Tryp Salamanca is a favorite of mine. It is clean, comfortable and attractive and within walking distance of everthing you want to see in the city. The staff is exceptionally competent and pleasant. It is quieter than other locations and near a lovely park. more

The Tryp Salamanca is within easy walking distance of the historical center of Salamanca. It is a new hotel with good-sized rooms, air conditioning, breakfast buffet and parking facilities. The staff was helpful and gracious. The breakfast buffet, splendid. The decor in the lounge subtle and comfortable. I would recommend it to any traveler. more

Just stayed at the Tryp Salamanca and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Hotel. A modern hotel with helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Only a 5 or 6 minute walk from Plaza Mayor but in a quiet part of the town, there was no outside noise even though the festival was on. more
