Excellent all around. The Hotel shines with a truely great dining room, very pretty rooms and an excellent location directly in the historic centre of Salamanca. The building used to be a monastery and is lovely and cool due to its construction. On-site underground parking rounds off a perfect package. The best in Salamanca by far!

We are a couple on a driving holiday - stayed here one night. This is such a cool hotel. We stayed in a superior room & it was great. The place seems to be a converted castle or manor house with interior stone walls. The room was very good. Had everything we required & a great bathroom. All very modern.... More

I thought this hotel was inside the Palace , but even if it belongs to the palace its little, its located on the corner of the palace and not what i expected. The good thing about the hotel is that its very very close to all must see sights.

What a lovely hotel in a beautiful city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a secluded hideaway in a bustling historic centre. The highlights are the terrace bar, perfect for sundowners and general relaxation, and the free wifi extends across the whole area. My only minor point is the lifts which have automatic air fresheners (like... More

Confort and good service near main sites in salamanca. Easy to access by car and a family hotel. No pool, but easy parking. Charming and well decorated but not sure about the 5th star. Good breakfast but not bargain priced.

A modern hotel with traditional touches. Locater right in the centre of Salamanca , it has a great location with all the sights within easy walking distance. We felt that they were a little mean in charging for the parking when they had ample space. The staff were lovely and the room was modern and spotless.

I had 3 nights here taking photos of Salamanca. It was great value for a solo traveller via Expedia. The hotel has lots if charm. I had room 401, very quiet and views across the convent and Salamanca where to die for. When I booked an extra night they simply gave me the same room, very happy. It's ideal for... More

I don't think this hotel deserves its fifth star, but it was a well-located and comfortable place to stay. We were driving, so its location was perfect: easy access to the highways by car, but walking distance to all the major sights. The room and bathroom were pleasant, but breakfast is the part of our stay that really stands out:... More

Hotel is comfortable and staff is very gentle and willing to help. Rooms could be a little more spacious but its still big (and larger than some of paradores). Location is simply perfect ifyour target is the historic city center. Didnt try the restaurant but menu could be larger

A soulless hotel lacking in facilities and grossly understaffed with untrained or poorly trained staff. The baggage boy was the barman who doubled up as the ONLY waiter in the dining room for breakfast and dinner. Dirty plates left on the tables, cold egg and bacon, self service coffee machine at meals just like you would expect in a 2... More
