A welcome gift of water, some local biscuits and a personalized card was brought to our room which was a nice touch. The room was spacious however i thought for a 5 star hotel the furniture was quite minimal. Plus the floor wasn't really clean. We also had problem with the aircon with the temperature being constantly a bit too... More

We spent two days in Salamanca and we decided to go there because of its proximity to the main places of interest. We could see the cathedral from our window. The rooms were quite large and the bed was super big! Also lots of amenities. You cannot miss the breakfast!

Beautiful hotel. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Excellent location in old city. Staff very pleasant. Only complaint is E$12 charge for outdoor parking seems unnecessary. Bar is great. Did not have breakfast.

This hotel appealed to me because of it's location, past reviews, and the fact it looked just like the AC Palacio de Santa Paula in Granada, which I stayed at a year ago. In fact, this hotel used to be an AC, but is now part of the other Spanish chain Hospes. I was here for 4 nights, so I... More

They are nice, the restaurant "Monje" is amazing. Best cooked vegetable plate I have ever eaten in my life. Port wine reduction sauce... Wow. Excellent service. Hotel is a little small in room size for 5 stars but it is great regardless. Recommended!

My wife and I have spent 3 nights in this hotel. It's located just 5 minutes walking from Plaza Mayor so we could say that it is in the right center. The hotel itself it an architetonical jew, the rooms are confortable, big and clean, the personel very friendly and helpfull. I highly recomend it.

This is a late review as we have not stayed here this year but have done so on 3 previous occasions. Having first stayed in the AC hotel in Zamora and then Logrono, Pamplona, Vitoria Gasteis we made a beeline for this one and were not disappointed, although pricier than the others. We awoke on our first stay drew back... More

Excellent all around. The Hotel shines with a truely great dining room, very pretty rooms and an excellent location directly in the historic centre of Salamanca. The building used to be a monastery and is lovely and cool due to its construction. On-site underground parking rounds off a perfect package. The best in Salamanca by far!

We are a couple on a driving holiday - stayed here one night. This is such a cool hotel. We stayed in a superior room & it was great. The place seems to be a converted castle or manor house with interior stone walls. The room was very good. Had everything we required & a great bathroom. All very modern.... More

I thought this hotel was inside the Palace , but even if it belongs to the palace its little, its located on the corner of the palace and not what i expected. The good thing about the hotel is that its very very close to all must see sights.
