Silken is a well managed chain in Spain catering for the business traveller mainly. Road access was tricky and the private garage (Euros 10) was accross the road. But because there was restricted access to the roads around, it was very quiet. This hotel is in a quiet location but easy walking to all the sites of Salamanca. The staff were helpful and there were good walking maps available. The food at the hotel was more than adequate and we enjoyed our stay. I'd stay here again if visiting Salamanca. more
