This hotel is in a great location for exploring the beautiful city of Salamanca and only a 5 minute walk from the Plaza Mayor. The rooms are quite basic but for the price you pay they are pretty good. The bathroom was very clean, roomy and well stocked. The main problem we had was that we had a room that... more

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. The room was above average for a 3 stars hotel in Spain because it has many facilities similiars to the rooms of 4 stars, for example a mini bar. The negative aspect was the staff, they were not very friendly. But if you don't care about the staff I... more

Silken is a well managed chain in Spain catering for the business traveller mainly. This hotel is sneaked into a fairly quiet area and looks and feels a bit 'dated' however the rooms although small are perfectly adequate for an over nighter. As is often the case in Spanish hotels, the dividing walls are not too thick and some neighbour... more

After travelling through spain and staying at some nasty hotels, it was so nice to eventually stay at a decent hotel. The hotel can be a bit tricky to find as it seems to tucked away down a small street but there is a parking about 1 minute walk away. You have to hand them your keys though and let... more

Road access was tricky and the private garage (Euros 10) was accross the road. But because there was restricted access to the roads around, it was very quiet. The location for visiting the sights could hardly be better and as a result we did not eat in the Hotel. The room was of good standard and the bed very comfortable.... more

I too was nervous at staying at this hotel & thought the price must have been wrong at £150 for four nights! The hotel: is in a great location & it only takes a few minutes to walk to the main centre, was very clean & well maintained, the staff were very helpful & had great local knowledge & spoke... more

This hotel is in a quiet location but easy walking to all the sites of Salamanca. The staff were helpful and there were good walking maps available. The food at the hotel was more than adequate and we enjoyed our stay. I'd stay here again if visiting Salamanca. more

I really love the "Silken" chain of hotels. The room was very large, comfortable, and clean. The location is good as well. I strongly recommend it and would stay there again. more

I have to admit that I was a bit nervous about staying here as it was only 50 euro per night. I was pleasantly surprised. The Rona Dalba, owned by the larger Spanish hotel chain Silken, is in a central location with spotless rooms, powerful air conditioning, and clean, comfortable beds. The location of the hotel is amazing: it's located... more
