Loved the location. It was easy to access with a car, not requiring maneuvering through super narrow winding one-way lanes, but right on the edge of the historic city so one was right there, and also right on the edge of the shopping district, which runs in the opposite direction. Supermarket, pharmacy, and banks near-by. Marble, marble, marble everywhere! Stunning... More

I had a very poor first impression of this hotel. The elevator from the underground garage was not working so my friend and I had to carry our bags up dark, cement stairs avoiding the men who were trying to repair it. My friend has a limp and has difficulty with stairs. No one from the reception desk helped. After... More

Typical of modern 21st century hotels but with helpful staff and reasonable Evening Meals. Very good Breakfasts. Unusually the beds were equiped with a French Style "Traversin" pillow but Staff quickly provided another on request

A rather non-descriptive modern built city hotel.Near a cross road and overlooking a a busy street. A large hall with adjacent coffee shop where one has breakfast as well. The rooms are well appointed with a paying Mini-Bar. rather unusual pillows: long sausage across the bed, far too soft and asking for an additional one you get a similar size.... More

To be honest, this hotel is not very expensive and it is located centrally in a not very large city anyway. The staff, with the exception of a very nice young lady, was quite rude. The rooms must have been furnished in 1985 and not touched since. All in all not very good, but the experience somewhat saved by the... More

We stayed two nights in a huge room with sofa, two tables and enormous bathroom. Noise from the hallways can be annoying, like in most hotels, but further on no noise from neighbours. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here on a half board basis for two nights in September 2013. The hotel is well located for exploring the city centre attractions of Leon. The hotel itself has a slightly dated decor but is clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were well furnished as to be expected in a four star rated establishment. We found the staff... More

The hotel is located next to the old town. It has a large old style lobby, but only stairs to get there from the street. The layout for the rooms was interesting with 3 rooms in an alcove to the right of the lifts. Connecting doors between each of the rooms so they could become a huge suite. If there... More

Our experience may have been atypical as we had three adults, but we had a huge room--really two rooms. The balconies and large windows helped dissipate the smell of smoke, was was the only downside to our stay. Otherwise the space is very clean, and the hotel is conveniently located between the train/bus stations and the old town.
