Can´t expect to have a 5 star room just paying around 50€. The best is the location and the nice people at the front desk. Let´s say the decoration is a bit strange, but in our case we were just staying one night and after having tapas and wines at the barrio humedo, getting to the hotel quick and safe... More

We used this hotel for a 2-night stay at the start of a biking holiday along the Camino. We had not realised it has a "bike friendly" classification but the warmth of the welcome did not just extend to bikes. The staff were great. The stained glass windows and art work throughout the hotel make it a bit quirky. Definitely... More

I booked this hotel unexpectedly on very short notice, but it was exactly what I was looking for- clean, cheap, and air-conditioned. The wifi available in rooms was also nice. This is a large hotel and reminded me a bit of a college dorm, with long hallways and yes noise does carry down them, but I didn't find it to... More

I booked this for a very good price at booking.com, and had a very pleasant stay. This is a classical three-star hotel, a bit worn in the edges, but absolutely adequate. The location is slightly outside the main centre, but still very practical, as the area around has a number of restaurants catering for locals. The San Marcos monastery is... More

They seem to do business with groups - sports teams etc. The decor, the views, the smells - it all was just screaming Franco era. I had zero sleep in that place. Too hot, had to open the window - in the middle of February. The best part was the trashy Spanish TV show about the royal family. We were... More

The receptionist here was not exactly welcoming. She spoke as little as possible - and it was only when we got to our room that we realised that she had not even told us when breakfast was served. Nor was this, or almost any other information, available in the room. The hotel was apparently refurbished in 2008, but despite all... More

This hotel is about a 10 - 15 minute stroll, with luggage, from the bus station. It's an easy walk to the cathedral and other sites. One of the only hotels we stayed at in Spain where we got a queen size bed, instead of two twins pushed together.

As an art lover, i loved the decor of this Hotel, the sixth floor is just great. My single room came complete with an LCD 17" TV, DVD player and DVD collection!!! Bar/lounge area is a little small, but i didnt really use it. The staff are wonderful, very friendly and obliging with a good level of English. Fantastic situation... More
